This lovely five-bedroom home is guaranteed to inspire! Perfect for a family or corporate retreat. This nicely appointed home offers a gourmet kitchen/great room, with a large dining table for entertaining and family meals after a day at the beach, which is only three minutes away. The back yard offers a very spacious and delightful outside seating area, comfortable seating, fire pit, sun umbrellas, BBQ, and a round table for al fresco dining. The front yard area is very private, offering special benches for meditation and reflection. There is a large office/bedroom offering two desks and a sofa bed, with sliding doors to the back yard patio. A perfect place for morning coffee before you start your day.
The Douglas Preserve is just a few blocks away, offering great walking trails that will lead you down to Arroyo Burro Beach (known at Hendry’s Beach). There are some great restaurants on the sand, offering breakfast, (locals favorite) lunch and dinner. This is a great spot to watch the sunsets. Rental bikes are available at many dock stations throughout Santa Barbara. There are many wonderful bike paths to explore, not to mention a huge pallet of restaurants, shops, art galleries, theaters and many points of interest just minutes away for this Santa Barbara Getaway.
