The owners suite offers a king size bed, comfortable bedding, TV, and private bathroom that includes double sink vanity, walk in closet, and luxurious jet tub and separate shower.

The dining room allows for seating up to 8 and offers the perfect place for a family meal.

The well appointed kitchen offers a center island, tons of prep space, and is stocked with plenty of kitchenware, cooking tools, and smaller appliances. There is a coffee/tea bar, large pantry, and dining table.

There is a laundry room with two washers and dryers, drop zone, and a full size bathroom - perfect spot to rinse off after a dip in the ocean or pool.

An outdoor kitchen, pool, and pool deck extend the living spaces for year-round enjoyment.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. One bedroom has an office space with queen size bed and private full size bathroom. This room allows access to the second story rear facing balcony.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, and access to a front facing balcony.

There are two more bedrooms that are connected by a full size bathroom -Jack and Jill situated. One bedroom includes a king size bed with TV that shares access with the second story rear facing balcony. The adjoining bedroom offers two double beds with TV.

The third floor is the perfect kids retreat that includes 4 twin size beds with storage, TV, and full size bathroom.

The pool can be warmed for a non-refundable $500 fee. You’ll need to give one week notice prior to arrival should you decide to have the pool warmed. The pool will be covered during the winter months (typically November through March, but subject to change based on weather conditions).

No smoking and no pets allowed. The home is equipped with some beach and pool accessories. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI/internet, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents.

Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach).
