Had an enjoyable stay. Wonderful view waking up to the sunrise out the lanai. Right on the beach, also has lounge chairs and showers to clean off the sand on the way back in. Parking as well was convenient.

Great property! Right on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We were there for a golf tournament at Dunes and it was a perfect location. Will definitely stay there if we are in the area again. Highly recommend!!

This is the second year in a row that my sister and I have stayed at this condo. We love everything about it! Sharon has managed to make it feel like a Home away from home. Everything was as stated. You can see the ocean from the balcony, the place was nice and had the vibe of the beach. Was very clean and inviting. Master bed mattress was to firm for my taste but everything else was perfect. All pool areas were kept clean both indoor and out.. also had a rooftop pool. We loved that we had a parking space on 6th floor right outside our room which made it very convenient. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for a dance competition weekend it it was a great escape that was very close to where they performed. We enjoyed the amount of space and the convenience of the parking. We look forward to doing it again in May.

We had a great stay! Everything was as stated. Very clean and a great location. Short drive to food if you don’t want to eat in. Relax out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listen to the ocean! Highly recommend.

This condo is a family dream realized! We love sitting and watching the water, beautiful sunrises, as well as storms from the balcony, and unlimited seafood options! Phil is a manager for a large industrial company. Sharon is a semi-retired paralegal and an always-available Nana.

Why they chose this property

After viewing many condos up and down the beach, we chose Grande Shores Resort based on view, location, and amenities. Because the property borders a residential area, the beach tends to be less crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance and Publix and Starbucks are a couple of blocks. Do you walk for exercise? Ask us about the two-mile walk that is right outside the door in a beautiful neighborhood. Plus....THE BEACH!

What makes this property unique

We work hard to keep our condo updated and amazingly clean! Our guests tell us that the PARKING IS THE BEST! Being able to drive up six floors and park outside the condo is one of our favorite features. Having a restaurant and bar on the property is a real bonus.
