Clean, convenient and comfortable! We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for 20 years and have stayed at many condos. This is by far the best one. Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The view is beautiful and being on the top floor means less road noise and more sounds of the ocean waves! Out favorite restaurant Peg Leg's and Tom Thumb convenience store directly across the street. Will definately stay here again! Only negative is the hot tub by the pool was cold but that is no fault of the condo owner.

This condo had an amazing sunrise view from the room and step out the front door to the right to see a gorgeous sunset! Great gulf and bay views from the balcony. The parking spot was a big help being right across from the elevator since we had kiddos with us. Peg Leg Pete's and a convenient store across the street came in handy. We enjoyed our stay in this condo!

This is a great condo. The owner was very responsive. It's only 1-1/2 miles from all the action, restaurants, etc. We rented beach bikes and never used our car. There is a great restaurant right across the street and a convenience store too. The views are amazing and the balcony is shaded in the afternoon sun.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view was beautiful even though you don’t look straight out into the ocean. The water pressure for showers was excellent. There was a lack of wash cloths, only four wash cloths total for four people. There was plenty of bath towels. The kitchen was stocked well. There is plenty of tv’s in case of bad weather. I prefer to have a phone number to call the host if needed.
