My name is Tyler Green, I own and manage this condo rental myself. Unlike when dealing with Vacation Rental Companies, I am your one point of contact, you’ll have my cell number and can text or call me anytime. I live in Downtown Pensacola and offer all my guests recommendations on our local area and I’m always available to answer questions. I’ve also had the same team of 3 housekeepers for 8 years who consistently provide a cleaner condo than the Rental Companies with their many employees.

This Emerald Isle 2 bedroom Gulf-Front condo was completely renovated top to bottom in Dec. of 2014 with all luxury furnishings (please view the photos). Every piece of furniture and appliance in this condo was installed brand new in Dec. 2014. Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium sitting on 5 acres with 300 feet of beach frontage. It has the most direct, unobstructed views and access to the Gulf of Mexico and beach of all the local luxury condos. There is no street to cross to get to the beach, once you walk out the back door to the pool area you are only a few feet away from the sand and beach. Emerald Isle is also conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the famous Pensacola Fishing Pier.

This condo sits on the 8th floor which is high enough to avoid hearing noise from the pool area when the sliding glass doors are open and also provide spectacular views in all directions of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. The unit features brand new granite counter tops and 18 inch tile throughout, new stainless appliances and a new washer and dryer for your convenience. It is also furnished with local, original Gulf of Mexico artwork throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a roll away single bed. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living room and master bedroom each have an entire glass wall facing the water with sliding glass doors opening to the balcony overlooking the gulf and beach. The balcony features 2 new rocking chairs, love seat, and coffee table for a comfortable, direct 8th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Linens and towels along with extras are provided throughout the unit as well as every cooking utensil you could think of. Two large wooden beach chairs with cushions and umbrella are included and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value). Free WIFI is also included.

The ground floor of Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators with plenty of rolling luggage carts and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only.

This is a great place for all ages. Nice condo and had everything we needed there. The poool and hot tub are heated which was great on cold days and the proximity to town and the beach made everything easy to get to walking. We will be back for sure!

You cannot get a better condo with a better view and beautiful decor! The condo is extremely clean and a convenient walk to everything. Tyler was so accommodating and he responded to any and every question I had. I cannot say enough nice things about the condo and owner. I highly recommend this listing for your stay on Pensacola Beach!

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

5 stars of course!

This condo was perfect for us, the furnishings were high-end and comfortable and it was VERY CLEAN! It even has beautiful, original beach art work! The beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with plenty of nice towels and sheets. The rocking chairs on the balcony was a favorite or ours, we spent hours relaxing while looking at the Gulf. We were able to leave the door open in the master bedroom and listen to the wave sounds all night, it was amazing. We will be back for sure, we highly recommend this condo!

This is NOT Brand New

This property is OK. It is not BRAND NEW. We found out that the property is 20 Years Old. The unit has been remodeled but is in need of NEW Furniture AND Turkish Towels!!! The furniture has been sat on a lot and needs replacement. The wicker outdoor furniture also needs replacement. The wicker is breaking and peeling. The towels are old and ruff. Other than that it was nice. The bed also could use an update. Sheets were nice.

Owner's Response: I'm not sure where the confusion of our building, Emerald Isle being "brand new" originated. It was built in 1997 which is stated in the desciption and our association is extremely proative when it comes to maintenance with improvements completed every year. This condo was fully renovated in late 2014 and every piece of furntiture and appliance is less than 3 years old, I disagree that it's in need of replacing at this point. All towels and linens are replaced once per year.
