Clean, well stocked, and as described/pictured. Only comment is that due to the large windows in the living space, it does get a bit hot when the sun is shining in. Perfect for a group of friends. Would absolutely stay again!
Perfect location that was walking distance to everything in Ephraim, but tucked away just enough to be away from traffic and noise from the main road. Great deck for grilling, yard for activities, and space with fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
We had a group of women from across the country come in for a trip and this house was perfect. Centrally located, allowed us enough space to spread out but also spend quality time together for nights in. Would highly recommend this stay for any group!
This is the perfect location for a family holiday. The two cabins allow both privacy and plenty of room to gather. The bay and town are within walking distance. The decor is simple, cute and modern. I recommend a visit!!

We love the location and the ability to spread out between the two houses! Thanks for staying with us and we hope to host you again!
We had such a great time with our extended family: four families with 4 kids under 3 years old. The kids could play in the yard and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. We would highly recommend this for any family trips!

This property worked very well for us and our grown children. The separate cottages gave everyone some privacy.Lots of great places to walk to. The coffee vending machine at the Ephraim Coffee Lab was a big hit.May is early in the season, so nothing was crowded.
We had an excellent time in Ephraim. The property was very clean. Communication was quick, thorough and very easy to check in and out of. The location was perfect-within walking distance to restaurants and beach. We traveled with in-laws so the set up was perfect with multiple cabins. Would stay again for sure!

Outstanding location with nicely maintained property only one block from the Ephraim Bay. Also had toys for our 3 year old grandchildren (bubbles and a beach ball), nice fire pits, and a beautiful second floor deck (that could use an umbrella for shade. Excellent kitchen with utensils and large great room with large dining room table. Accommodated our six adults and 4 young grandchildren nicely.

Thank you for staying with us David! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay!
This property was the perfect choice for our weekend retreat with two other families. The main house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The Pine and Cedar cottages were so adorable and came with a full bathroom and microwave, air fryer/ oven and a small refrigerator. The location of this property is outstanding. 2 minutes driving to Anderson dock and 5 minutes walk to the old post office for breakfast or fish boil in the evening. It was never more than 20 minutes to go anywhere. We all had a great time and will definitely consider choosing this property again at our next retreat.

It was such a pleasure to host you and your friends Inco. Thank you so much for leaving our place in such great condition! We'd love to host you again!
This rental was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location--close to everything in Ephraim, but also in great proximity to all of the peninsula--we were all over it!
Everything was clean in it, and it served our purposes for the trip. We were so busy outside that we didn't even need to turn on a TV the whole time we were there.
The main doors into the main house were a tad problematic, but we were able to overcome the issues. I spoke with the owners, and they said that they were going to fix this issue.
The duplex units were warm, as they were in the middle of a "heat wave" and they didn't have true AC in there. But we're from Texas, so they're "heat wave" was a piece of cake!
Overall, I think the property was a nice place to stay, and it was very convenient for everything.
