About this property

This sun filled old town home oozes charm with its historical significance, covered front porch swing and fully renovated interior (2022).

The Old Town Ski Lift is 0.7 miles away and the Trolley stop is a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Access the Quit'N Time run by taking the set of stairs up just 100 yards away. The home sits on an elevated perch and enjoys great views to the south of Empire and Daly Canyons as well as the Deer Valley Ski Area. The upper Woodside location is quiet, yet all the amenities of Historic Main Street are just a short walk away and skiing is close by.

The open main floor living area is a comfortable place to gather including a beautiful kitchen with marble counter tops, painted cabinetry and professional appliances. The master suite occupies its own floor and offers great light with south facing windows.

The back yard deck is private with a fire-pit and outdoor hot tub. The garage is extra deep with great storage or tandem car parking, rare for old town.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

What a lovely home and a great location! Easy walk to the town ski lift, restaurants and shopping. The walk back up the hill takes some getting used to if you’re not used to the altitude The kitchen was well equipped for our Christmas dinner. When it snowed the property was cleared quickly. Don’t miss the mining museum. Our hosts were lovely and very attentive.

Great Downtown Location

Lovely property in a great location. Perfect for small group. Easy walk to everything downtown as well as can easily access trail to ski down to town lift, but also in a quite secluded corner for privacy. Well finished and decorated. Owners are very responsive with any issues during stay and are easy to contact. Would stay there again.

Park City Gem

Perfect property! Beautifully renovated home in fabulous location. The owners are wonderfully responsive. Could not have asked for anything more! We skied daily from the nearby Town Lift enabling us to avoid the crowds. Hope to stay in this lovely home our next trip to Park City!
