About the host
Your host

I've lived in Newport since 2001, moving up from New York City. I'm more of a beach girl than a city girl. Newport offers lots of water activities; sailing, surfing, kayaking or just quiet time on the beach. I can certainly point you in the right direction for whatever your needs are.
Why they chose this property
The Whale's Song Cottage is located in the Fifthward neighborhood. It's a quiet family Neighborhood, with primarily full time residents. Definitely not the party neighborhood. It's easy walking into town though. Which mean you can get out of your car for the week and really relax. A bit longer of a walk, but the beach and the Cliff Walk are close.
