Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 days: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen. For a stay of less than 8 days, we will not provide cleaning services.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure.
