OWNER OF RESIDENCE:
The Owner and your personal assistant can assist in designing menus and grocery list to be in your residence prior to arrival. (food not included but personal shopper available to get groceries, charge would be posted to your personal incidental bill and to be paid upon check out) Vacation starts immediately when you arrive. Cold beer, margaritas, fresh made guacamole, home made salsa, and authentic tortilla chips can be arranged for your arrival. Happy to help you design your itinerary, if needed.
MAJORDOMO (BUTLER)
Includes majordomo from 9 am to 4 pm daily to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, afternoon snacks, special beverage drinks etc.
The butler really makes it a true vacation for everyone. (Including mom and the person planning the trip for everyone). Everyone gets to relax with a majordomo.

Like fresh ceviche, guacamole and Mexican salsa when you return from the pool or activity. A freshly made margarita with secret recipe ready with your afternoon snacks. The sliding glass doors go into the walls, make it indoor and outdoor living, great to open up and enjoy sunset.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT:
A personal assistant will contact you two weeks in advance to assist in arranging airport transportation, pre-arrival groceries, spa reservations, dinner reservations, activities, car rentals, golf, fishing, family photographer, special occasion, room amenity etc.
LUXURY YACHT OR SPORT FISHING YACHT OPTION:
60' Viking Sport Fisher and Viking Sport Cruiser, fully maintained, with professional captain and crew expertly knowledgeable in local waters. 4 hour (half day) or 8 hour (full day) charters available. Actual gas usage and crew gratuity not included.
You can charter during the day with water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, chilling in the sun with music and drinks) or a sunset cruise.

Located on a private beach, you get to the resort by a private tunnel. This tunnel keeps the location exclusive, secluded and easy access to make everything walking distance to town, marina, harbor and night time activities. Easy to walk home after dinner and dancing. You can also walk to take a water taxi at the marina to go to Medano Beach for water activities and other restaurant options, if interested.

Why we decided to purchase a Residence in Pedregal:
My husband and I have 3 children and our last hotel vacation was at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island in Hawaii (we call it walk-a-lot). We decided after that vacation that we had out grown hotel vacations with our family. We were going to breakfast and when the food arrived, the kids wanted to go to the pool. We had paid for many meals that did not get touched. My husband and I always needed a vacation after the vacation in hotels with the children. We needed a place with a kitchen and full service.
The Residence concept was the perfect set up so everyone could go on vacation. The majordomo makes amazing meals that the kids love and eat, cleans and there is a personal shopper to have all your items pre-stocked and put away when you arrive. The kids always love our majordomo and they have become an extension to our family.
The spa was voted #1 Best Hotel Spa in the world by Travel and Leisure. It is a true treat.
They cook very clean and use no preservatives. The people are so friendly and make you feel at home.
I have done several all girl trips and everyone has had an amazing time. Also, a great place for all guys trips with fishing, golf etc.
It is truly a very magical spot for our family and guest.

The majordomo services was a huge benefit for our family. It really gave everyone, including mom, a true vacation. It is a first class resort with full service, even room service, 3 amazing restaurants, very boutique (only 33 residences and 66 hotel rooms), personal assistant included to make our arrangements, it is quiet yet walking distance to everything, so many fun places to go out and amazing to return to your private oasis. Cabo offers so many amazing restaurants, nightlife, shopping, activities all at your finger tips from this residence. You do not need to get in a taxi, if you don't want too. It has been a great investment for our family memories.

The staff is very friendly for a 5 star resort. It is family oriented and fantastic for special occasions, girl or guy trips etc. It is really a very versatile property.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our vacation. The vacation that you arranged for us was FABULOUS on all accounts. Everyone's expectations were greatly exceeded. Our Villa was more beautiful and bigger than expected. The location was rockin'! The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The Carina and Peter, which I endearingly nicknamed, Pedro, was the best! I soon realized when I threw your name out that our customer service quadrupled in size! You are a legend it appears in Capella Eyes. Everyone went gonzo watching whales. Victor, our majordomo, did a nice job. Treated us very special on Valentine's Day. The weather was perfect. The Office and Nick-Sans was a huge hit. Food and Drink was spot on with the list you provided. We loved the pool and barely left it. Incredible Resort
Our family of four just returned home from Pedregral where we rented a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach front unit from Theresa. The unit was two story just in front of the children's pool. The location was centrally located and furnished/stocked perfectly. Jose was an incredible chef and a joy to have around. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff fantastic calling us by name and remembering our personal preferences. Theresa and Rosey were instrumental in helping us plan the trip as this was our first time to Cabo. Excellent restaurant recommendations and we rented Carina Yacht from Theresa for a day which was wonderful.
I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return!
Everything you could Ever ask for
Can I say that it was the most amazing place we have stayed and trust me we have stayed at some good places. We were so thrilled and have to take hats off to Theresa, Rosy, Jose (Majadorm) and all the Staff at the Resort. They truly have given us many memories to stay with us for a lifetime.

Like A Dream!
We just got back from the residence and had most wonderful vacation. Jose, the butler, was amazing and Theresa, the owner was so gracious. It's been only three days since we got back but we already miss it. It was like a home away from home. From our hard to impress three teenagers to 73 year old mom were thoroughly impressed and attest that it was the best vacation ever.
A Very Special Getaway!!
My husband and I just returned from Capella and feel as if we have found a new paradise! The resort property and this residence are amazing in every way. The stunning beachfront ocean views, privacy, immaculate surroundings, superb cuisine and the friendly world class service of the staff made this a truly special experience. The warmth of the staff and the assistance from Theresa, our host, were superb. Her recommendations made for an exquisite time. We both travel the world a great deal...this is a marvel.

Had an amazing trip staying in this residence. Highly recommend for couples, girls getaway or families. The resort was beautiful, service impeccable and food delicious. Can not wait to go back. The owner was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful!
Capella is simply Magical!
There was no better place for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my birthday on 5/14/14. In my search I came across this listing and it captured me! After seeing the pictures of the property and reading the amazing reviews, I knew I had to look no further! Capella and Theresa make your trip an experience that begins before you even arrive to Cabo. Theresa was always very responsive and attentive, she was always full of recommendations to make your trip even more special! She accomodated us with a unit that was perfect for my husband and I. Rosa our personal assistant contacted us prior to our trip to offer assitance with airport transportation, activities and anything our heart desired and even called us the day prior. At the airport we were greeted by a Cappella staff member who gave us a warm welcome, then we finally arrived at the exclusive Capella! After going thru the Capella tunnel we were greeted by the beautiful ocean views and friendly Cappella staff who gave us welcome Margaritas. Our personal assistant Rosa gave us a tour of and escorted us to our room. One word to describe the room.. IMPECABLE. It was perfection! The most amazing ocean view, romantic guitar music playing, floor to ceiling glass doors,the smell of the fresh ocean breeze, it was spacious and clean. Words can't describe how stunning our room was. Every staff member ar Capella exuded warmth and first class customer service. We did not want to leave Capella! We enjoyed their food at the Beach Club, Don Manuels and El Farallon. All highly recommended or you can always order room service and enjoy from your private terrace. El Farallon was our favorite dining experience and a MUST DO at Capella! My husband partnered with our personal assistant Rosa to give me the most beautiful suprise, a 10 year vow renewal ceremony at the beach front Gazebo! On our last day Rosa and other staff members met us to wish us a safe trip back home, and again we were greeted by another Capella staff member at the airport who helped us with getting our return boarding passes and luggage. Capella has a reputation for being the best, from taxi drivers to other tourists we met on our trip they all had heard of the stunning Capella and knew of the first class service and ammenities.We look forward to planning more trips to Cabo and Theresa will be the first person we call!
P.S another must do is the Tropicat wine and jazz boat tour!!!!

Private 60 ft. Luxury Viking Yacht can be arranged for additional cost for the day (up to 8 hours) or half day (up to 4 hours) with your highly experienced private Captain and Crew at your beck and call. It is your yacht and you decide where to go for the day. If you charter it during the day, you can snorkel, paddle board, sea kayak, whale watch, go on a nature excursion, anchor, listen to music, lounge on rafts, drink your favorite beverages, enjoy the sun or a sunset cruise. There are three private staterooms. Gas, crew gratuity, food and beverage are not included in charter fee and will be based on actual charge. Costs will be settled at the end of the charter and can be posted to a credit card, except for the charter fee. (NO AMEX)
