Located on the west end of Pensacola Beach on the Santa Rosa Sound, Tristan Towers 12C provides a relaxing atmosphere for beach lovers to get away. With the beach just across from your condo and plenty of area attractions nearby, this is soon to become your favorite vacation destination.

Once you enter our condo rental in Pensacola Beach, Florida you will be feeling at home in an instant. In addition to the water views that pour in through the living room, take note of the well-maintained kitchen – complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops – in addition to comfortable furnishings in every room. Both bedrooms have balcony access, and in the mornings, you can slip out through the primary bedroom to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee before starting your day at the beach.

Great view

Property was very clean and secure with gated parking lot. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Could not ask for a better view of the ocean and beach with easy beach access. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and clean property

The room was well stocked in the kitchen. Very clean and quiet location. Seemed to be a lot of residents living here and all were very nice. We had an issue with the dryer. We figured out the switch where the door Hogshead to be wiggled. Only one hair dryer two would be nice with bigger group. Overall 10/10.

Beautiful views of ocean although not directly on beach but extremely close to beach. Perfect location, cleanliness is always huge for me, peaceful and safe! Very nice, spacious and comfortable! I would absolutely recommend! ….and thanks so very much for a fan(the sound helps me rest well):)

Beautiful views

The condo was just as stated. Very clean. Beautiful views. Balcony was accessible during our stay. From the balcony you can see up and down the coast line. Had everything we needed for our stay. I would bring your own beach chairs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic view

Great location very quiet only bad experience we had was getting onto to the property we didn't receive anything on guest portal prior to arrival so we had to call to get door codes there is no office to ask questions . Everything else is fantastic once you get familiar with the area will definitely come back.

Family vacation

The condo was super clean and smelled great!!! Everything was described as it was online. The only thing that would make this place over the top is nee comfortable living room furniture. The couch and chairs are not comfortable at all and made it hard to enjoy down time at the condo. Also, having at least salt and pepper for spices would be nice. The view is wonderful!!!

Pensacola Beach Vacay

The location is ideal. The view is spectacular. However, the entire unit could use being updated. The living area furniture was very old, looked dirty but wasn't and had no support when sitting in the couch and chairs. Would have been perfect if the whole unit was updated with all new furnishings and brighter. The darkness of the furnishings gives a rather dismal effect, instead of lighter tones enhancing the beautiful ocean atmosphere. Overall, would recommend this property.

Pensacola Beach and Ft. Pickens Adventure

Very nice property, but some small issues that detracted from the overall experience. 1. Shower handle in master bathroom not repaired......crescent wrench left as substitute handle. 2. Exhaust fan in master bathroom didn't work. 3. Large crack in mirror in living room behind TV. Otherwise an excellent stay and worth the money. Having the Ft. Pickens Seashore close was a huge plus. Nice mix of restaurants and shopping within 5 miles. Very well spaced condo and townhouse properties. The Island authority should be applauded for maintaining a nice balance of dwelling types and beach access. Can't wait to go again next year at the same time and location. PS Very sorry that Pensacola NAS isn't open to the general public. I particularly miss the Naval Museum and Ft. Barrancas'
