Set your watch to beach time and get ready to relax your cares away! This lovely three-bedroom condo is just what you need for a stress free get away. Located in the gated Tristan Towers community, this unit invites you to take it easy from the moment you step inside the door. This unit sleeps six with a king bed in the master, a queen in bedroom two, and two twins in bedroom three. All three bedrooms open onto the balcony which stretches around two sides of the building, offering views of both bodies of water. Take a dip in the large onsite swimming pool, grab a racket and work on your serve at the tennis courts, or gather your beach chairs and head out to your choice of sand and water. Bay access is right out the back door of the building and the Gulf beaches are just across the street. If you need a break from the water and the sun just hop on the trolley and head down to Fort Pickens National Park for a day of taking in history, or down to the main hub of the beach for multiple dining, entertainment and shopping options. Historic Pensacola is just a short drive away, as is the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Whatever your pleasure, this little slice of paradise is the perfect place to find it!

Tristan Towers offers Olympic size pool, 2 tennis courts and pickle ball, dock for fishing.

The condo was clean and accurately represented in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, but could use a baking sheet or two. We made due with what was provided and it worked out ok. The beach view was great and the pool was wonderful. It was huge and well kept, never crowded, we used it daily. The rental staff was helpful and answered our questions right away. We would stay in this room again.

Spacious condo with beautiful view

Very nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the bay and ocean. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Could use more cabinet space for food. Carpet was not very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable/dated mattresses. Plenty of room for eating and hanging out in the living room!

From the condo, the permanent residents to the location; everything was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, pool seemed like we were the only ones in it. Can’t say enough great things about this property.

My family stayed at this vrbo for spring break. Walk across the street to the beach and about a 5 min drive to great restaurants. Overall, great property and great location.

Outstanding property! Nice location, just about a mile from the main shopping and dining area, but far enough off the beaten path for a quiet stay, even during spring break. Easy beach access across the street. Public picnic pavilions only 1/4 mile down the road

Tristen Towers at Thanksgiving

Nice space, 3 br unit great for my 2 adult son's and myself.Not much of a beach view or bay view, but 5-7 minute walk to beach. Furniture dated, but comfortable. No hot tub or indoor pool, which would be so nice this time of year, and make the stay so much more memorable. Not much within walking distance except beach. Biggest dissapointment was the dishes...almost every piece we took out of the cabinets had food, grease smears or odors. Had to run everything through the dishwasher before we used.

Disappointment!!

Unfortunately, this condo was a big disappointment! We loved the layout and the decor, however, it lacked cleanliness!! There were black spots on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom that may have been mold, the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom, we had to clean the black spots and hairs out of the refrigerator and freezer before we could put our things in it, the glass sliding doors would not open in two of the bedrooms, so we told the property manager, Sam, and she said she would contact maintenance. No one ever came to look at it or even respond back to us. The following day we asked a member of the staff to send maintenance to check it out, and again nothing, so the next day we asked the same staff member to send maintenance and was told she would send them, again, no response. We finally decided they weren’t going to do anything about it, so we gave up, even though we felt that it was a safety issue if there was a fire! The head board in the master bedroom wasn’t fastened to the bed or the wall so every time you turned over it would bang against the wall. We had to rearrange the furniture in the twin bed room to even have access to the closet! We could have used more towels in the bathrooms. There were only 2 bath towels, in each bathroom. The silverware looked like something from a garage sale. We had 6 adults in this condo and there were only 6 miniature forks! It’s a condo for 6, but they only provides 4 chairs on the deck.

Beware!!! Total frauds!!

This was a huge disappointment. They list outdoor amenities with property photos as kayaks, bikes, canoes, tennis and then tell you its all privately owned when you get there. They did nothing to rectify the situation even though they agreed it was all misinformation that needed to be corrected. They also advertised balcony access from all bedrooms when 2 of the rooms doors don't open. I wouldn't even mention the mold growing in the coffee maker and the mystery wet spot in the hallway but I am so sick about this experience, I'll add it. Dishonest fraudsters!

Perfect accommodations

The condo was perfect for our quick family beach trip. It was neat, well maintained & decorated nicely. The perfect amount of space for our family. The amenities were also great & the thank you cookies were a nice touch & eaten in a glass by our teenagers! Would definitely recommend this to others & will hope to stay here again!

Great stay by the beach!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space! Tristan Towers is right near the beach and not far from Fort Pickens, which is fun to explore. It has a great pool to relax in after a day on the beach. The condo was very clean and has most of the cooking/baking items needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well equipped. Overall, very pleasant week spent on the Gulf in a perfect place. Surfside Properties were very easy to deal with as well. They greeted us on our arrival and even allowed us to get into our condo early. They also gave us a handwritten note at the end of our stay with a little treat. Very satisfied, all the way from Pennsylvania. 😊
