Fitzsimmons Walk 39 | Walk to village, hot tub, modern, flexible bedding
Luxurious 4-bed, 3.5-bath townhome in Fitzsimmons Walk complex, only a 10 minute walk to Whistler Village! Comfortably sleeping 8 guests with a flexible bedding conversion, this property perfectly accommodates many different groups. Featuring a private hot tub, steam shower, 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage, media room, gas fireplace, and more. Main level has open concept living with gourmet kitchen and balcony.
Leading from the double car garage (7'foot, 2 inches) with ample space for 2 vehicles is a private laundry closet and large mudroom. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area and private hot tub. A roll-away bed is available to be set up in the media room or lower bedroom to accommodate up to 9 people.
The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two twins upon request and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower as well as a garden balcony. A roll-away cot is available to be set up in the lower bedroom to accommodate up to 9 people.
The main living level is completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine and large island seating. Centred on this level is the dining table which seats 8 guests, overlooking a sunk-in living room with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a television. Expanded outdoor living can be enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. A powder room sits next to the kitchen along with a spacious pantry with a wine fridge.
The top-level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with king bed, offers a large walk-in closet, private balcony with views of Blackcomb and a dreamy ensuite bathroom including a double vanity and large glass-enclosed shower. Unwind with a bubble bath by the double-sided gas fireplace in the deep soaker tub. The second bedroom on this level has two twins that can be converted into a king bed upon request and the third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.
Please note as this is a townhome we have to be very mindful of neighbours and excess noise to avoid noise complaints and potential fees from strata. As such, we have placed a noise monitor device in the main common space in this home. The device only tracks decibel levels and does not record or transmit sounds.

All guests must be over the age of 28, or consist of a family group.
Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Year's Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.

Fantastic location, beautiful property
We had a fantastic stay. The property was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking underground and quick access to the bus line, which got us to Whistler village very quickly. The amenities were modern and plentiful and we were extremely comfortable during the whole stay. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Property - Better than the photos
Upgraded property with all the modern amenities; chef’s kitchen, Sonos sound system, and smart TVs throughout. Close to Whistler Village and ski runs. Mountain views from every floor. Would stay here again.

Great property, great location!
We had a great stay at the end of July and really enjoyed this property. It is right on the Whistler trail system which was great for running, walking and biking. Also, the location is ideal as it is only a short walk to Whistler Village. This is a great unit and it is very well equipped. Property manager was great and met us at the property to check us in and assist in any way possible.

Great place
We loved the property! We were two families (party of 8 with kids). It has every single thing you can imagine you could need and when “something else” was needed our concierge was very responsive and came up with a variety of options.
All in all we had a great time and happy with the property.

39 Fitzsimmons Walk
Great property for a group of colleagues to stay. Walking distance to the Village and grocery stores. Ample space for people in the place. Great kitchen and bbq set-up. Hot Tub is a nice perk as well for a soak after skiing.

This property is excellent and a short walk to the Village which is ideal to avoid waiting for cabs. In addition it is a short drive to the Village parking lot with ski gear (you could even walk to the lift if you desired).The property is great for a group of friends or couples with families. It served my colleagues and I perfectly for our work getaway. The Hot Tub is a nice feature for after skiing as well. Would rent again.

Perfect bike getaway
Group of friends in Whistler for some early fall mtn biking: great setup with underground parking snd a locked garage for storing our previous steeds. Condo was very clean, well stocked and had ample room for 7 adults to spread out.
We used the built in espresso machine frequently. The property is close to a small grocery store (Nesters) and walking distance to the village. We mainly ate in and the kitchen great to feed that many hungry cyclists.
Highly recommend this property and the managers.

A gem in the heart of Whistler
My high school buddies and I stayed here for our annual get together. It is every bit as nice as the pictures and very conveniently located. My normally stoic friends were effusive in their praise of its many amenities and the overall esthetic. We would definitely return and I would recommend this property to any large family or group of friends contemplating a ski holiday in Whistler.
