1 miles of private river access to the Rondout River with a kayak and your own private swimming hole. The house is fenced off with a big yard, stone patio and fire pit. Shoot into New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock for some nightlife. All within 20 mins. Grab some fresh organic vegetables from the on farm store for dinner.
