Hello I'm Chris your host a lifetime Madisonian and also a former Wisconsin Badger soccer player. I enjoy taking out the pontoon boat, golfing and time with the family! Now a days I spend most of my time traveling or taking care of my many multi unit bldgs.

This neighborhood is at the base of the mountain of sooo many things to do. Find yourself only walking 5-8min to the State Capital and the State St "shopping district"! BB Clark beach is only a football throw away!
