Great location! Super quiet area. Super cute and clean. We loved our stay. Being able to use the grill and the fire pit was really nice. Close to town with a pretty winery within 3 miles. The Host and Owner, Joe, was a breeze to communicate with and made everything super easy. We traveled with our little dog and everything was perfect. We will stay again.

Lovely Cottage

The property is lovely. It is spotless, updated (with working TVs/WIFI), in a central location and TRULY handicapped accessible. My mom is getting on in years and has limited mobility. She was comfortable here, as was my 90lb shepherd. Joe is a great host, who is knowledgeable about the area and shared helpful information about local shops etc. We can't wait to come back.

Fall foliage trip

First time visiting the area and loved it. Beautiful place to take in fall foliage and enjoy wineries and distilleries. We enjoyed the village and Keuka lake.

Quaint get-away

The property was in a rural neighborhood on a corner lot. It's a solid, simple Amish cottage with everything you could possibly need- even charcoal! The host is very attentive and helped us with pumping up a bike tire and providing an extra skillet. He texted us more than once asking us to let him know if there was anything we needed! Also, the cottage location provided convenient access to many local points of interest. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful farm, host, lake and town

Wonderful stay. Joe is an excellent host and a great guy. He even gave my 4 kids a tour of his adjacent farm. The town of Hammondsport is also a wonderful hidden gem, and the location of the property gives you great access to the surrounding finger lakes area. The cottage is cozy but very clean and comfortable. We had a blast and hope to return in the future.

Perfect girls trip!

My friends and I went on our annual girls trip this year and this was the perfect little property! The host/owner was so incredibly friendly and went over the top to make sure we were comfortable and accounted for. The area is beautiful, and everything was so clean for us when we got there! The only thing that wasn't completely accurate from the online listing was that there was a double murphy bed. It was a small twin bed that was folded on a rolling bed frame in the closet, so if you have 5 adults it might be a bit cozy. Other than that, truly 5 stars all around!

Cozy Cottage

This little cottage has everything one could need for an enjoyable stay in the Finger Lakes region. It is just minutes from Keuka Lake and from Hammondsport, a picturesque village on the lakeshore. Our host was kind enough to recommend a wonderful restaurant (Timberstone Grill).

Keuka lake Amish built Cottage

Great location on Keuka. Cabin had everything that was needed. Joe reached out to make sure our stay was up to our standards and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay at his cabin again.

Perfect getaway!

The location of this place is perfect your in a nice quiet wooded area but yet there a lot of wineries within 10-15 minutes. We both enjoyed our stay the place was very neat, clean, and had more room then I thought in the pictures, the bathroom was with a nice walk in shower! The host was very helpful, our check in and check out were nice and simple. The host was also excellent with responses and communication. We plan on staying here again!

Cabin review

The rental and location were great for my son and I coming to visit family. The host was very responsive to all of my message and made sure I had no issues entering upon my arrival. Also was good about shoveling snow paths and porches to make our stay safer.

Great Visit

We had a wonderful visit. The cottage was perfect for the me and my parents. And a great location to the surrounding finger lakes. The property owners were very responsive to any questions and made the check in and out process so easy. They have Satalite TV and Internet which filled in the gaps after dark. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Annual fishing trip

Had a great time... The place is great and not far from the lake. Joe is a spectacular host... we stay here every year now for our annual fishing trip.. Plus it's affordable.

Hi! My name is Joe, the guest house is on the edge of my 50 acre farm in the beautiful Finger lakes Region!

I am a Husband, Father, Musician / Songwriter and I am blessed to be able to work from home so I am available for any questions you may have during your stay.

I write music for TV & Film which is Production Music you hear on your favorite TV shows. Everything from Rock n Roll, to Heavy Metal & Country Music

We have a farm here, with horses, pigs & chickens and hopefully in due time, some cows will be on the property. Guests are welcome to schedule a visit to see the animals. During the warm months, we have Horses, Pigs & Chickens. Kids love to help feed the animals & grab eggs from our hens!

Our guest house has a firepit, we request that you do not bring firewood from another county out of respect for our woods but we do sell firewood and we also sell farm fresh eggs.

I hope you enjoy your stay at my guest house and I am just a phone call away if needed for directions, fun things to do in the area, like wine & craft beer trails, great fishing & hunting!

I discovered this area after my 1st trip to Hammondsport, NY with some friends for a perch fishing trip and I fell in love with the area.

The people are wonderful, the scenery is dreamlike and the fishing is incredible.

It has been a long time dream to own my own farm, raise my own livestock, horses and grow my own food. When I had an opportunity to purchase this 50 acre farm, I made the leap from Niagara Falls, NY to Hammondsport.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

After 5 years of booking short term rental, we are still learning every day and I enjoy meeting new people that stay at our guest house.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home I live in, which is down the road from the guest house is in a quiet area with minimal neighbors.

The neighbors surrounding the farm have become like family to us. Although the farm and houses are in a fairly remote area, we are only minutes away from the Village of Hammondsport, Keuka Lake which has just about everything we need from restaurants, groceries, gas, liquor and the Award Winning Wineries and Breweries.

I intend to make this area my "Forever Home" and I hope to be able to share this experience with you during your stay!
