This getaway is perfect for a fisherman looking to fill their limit or a family wanting some peace and quiet. It's located near the Berry Bend boat ramp for easy access to Truman Lake. The home has three carports available for parking vehicles or boats. The outside area is perfect for family fun or a peaceful night under the stars. There is a back deck with seating, a pellet fire pit, covered concrete area, and a large yard for outdoor fun and games. For the fishermen, there is a fish cleaning station on the property as well. The home has an open floor plan in the kitchen/living room area for gathering and enjoying company. On rainy days or days you may want to stay in there is a smart tv and wireless internet available.

Would come here again

We had a problem with the AC - they were notified electronically and had it fixed immediately. Very comfortable accommodations, and very decent beds. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

Perfect for our fishing trip

Myself and a friend stayed for a fishing tournament and were more than pleased with the property. Very clean and well equipped with anything and everything you may need. Place was bigger than the pics suggest and the proximity to the lake and town (food/shopping) were perfect. Would/will likely return for any future trips to Truman.

Fishing tournament rental

Great boat parking with covered shelter and close electrical outlet for charging. Very clean trailer. Host checked in to make sure all was good. Great experience.

Nice getaway

This place was perfect for our group. It was very clean and with temps in the teens it was warm. If I’m back in the area I would definitely try to stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and more. I especially liked all the covered parking and close proximity to the boat launch. Looking forward to returning here again soon.

Great time

The trailer was clean and plenty of room for our family. Carports were nice to park boats under and the boat ramp is less than 10 minutes away
