Beautiful lake view home completely remodeled in 2021, new everything including layout, open floor plan, covered patio and charcoal grill! With a double wide pull through drive there is plenty of room for your truck(s) and trailer(s). Located in Teal Bend, a quiet community with a park, shelter, basketball goal and playground. . The home is located just 2 miles from Long Shoal Marina where you can rent pontoon boats, boat slips, and Jet Skis. Truman State Park Marina is 8 miles where you can rent Pontoon and Fishing boats, you can also rent a slip for your personal boat. Historic downtown Warsaw is just 9 miles, which offers boutique/antique shopping and dining options. Also located on the east side of Warsaw is Lost Valley Fish Hatchery, great place to take the kids. . Perfect for a family getaway or a group of anglers on the next fishing trip.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

Our stay at this house was so relaxing and beautiful. The kids had fun playing the games that were in the outside box, the parents enjoyed coffee around the outside table with a view of the lake and the house was all around very clean, roomy and stocked with what we needed for a weekend getaway!

Truman Lake visit

We loved the property that we stayed. We are a family of 6 so we had plenty of space. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jon was a great resource as to knowing the lay of the land so we could plan our vacation. We hope to come back again!

Boys fishing trip

We stayed Friday, Saturday, and left Sunday. It was a family fishing trip. 1 Grandpa, 2 sons, 3 grandsons. Had a great time and we are already planing next years trip.

2024 Family Fishing Trip

We really enjoyed the house. Exactly as described and very clean. Had everything we needed. Great parking for boats. Enjoyed the patio setup and spent most of our time there, when we weren’t fishing, catching up and grilling out. The owner is great and communicates well.
