About this property

5 minutes from Downtown Warsaw! Remodeled Home W/Game Room, Deck & Fenced Yard.

Relax on the large deck before heading into Warsaw to visit our local shops and antique stores. Walk along beautiful Drake Harbor where there are miles of walking trails and a playground for the kids or try out the local Disc Golf course. You can head over to the Truman Dam area to fish or play a game of golf! Access to the private boat ramp is just down the hill from the house. We have life jackets, inflatable chairs/loungers if you want to float around the cove and enjoy the water. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar (coffee and tea provided) and gas grill for your use.
Bar, refrigerator, game table and pool table and dart board in the basement along with a Smart TV.
Large TV with a ROKU and DVD player upstairs.
We know have Wi-Fi.
The living room couch reclines for extra sleeping space.
Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a shower, spare bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with a tub upstairs.
The basement has 2 non-conforming bedrooms with a queen in one room and 2 full beds in the 2nd room. There is also a 1/2 bath and the washer and dryer in the basement.
Parking for 3 vehicles in front and double gates in the back to pull a boat in.
This is a pet friendly property for well behaved pets. The backyard is fenced there are 2 large wire crates in the house for your use. (Please note that small dogs maybe able to get out of the fence.)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pick up is early Monday morning. Place can at the end of the driveway Sunday night of your stay. Put the can at the end of the drive on check out day with additional trash when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Put trash in provided trash bags place in outside can. If our cleaning staff have to dump the can and bag loose trash a $50 fee will be charged.
Do not let small children play with the pool table or darts without supervision. Charges will be accessed for damage to felt, balls and cues.

One of the best places i have stayed at in warsaw missouri

Very convenient and lot's of room to spread out and do your own thing, just loved the place very quiet and easy access to water for our boats to go fishing we will be coming back

The house is wonderful and in a great location. It was perfect for our clan and for the fur babies too. The house is very comfortable and inviting as well as fully stocked. We loved our stay and the kids loved the basement.

Our family had a great day at this property. Deb was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had the one and only thing that would have made our stay better was to have a larger island with seating around it in the kitchen/living room area. When you’re cooking for 12, there’s not a lot of countertop space and only two places for kids to sit and eatOther than that, it was a fabulous vacation and we would stay here again

Amazing Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Deborah had a refrigerator stocked with bottled waters And complementary snacks. The location was amazing, the backyard is completely fenced in and your just a couple minutes to everything. The downstairs had a pool table, poker table, large tv and it was fun for all of us. The beds are comfortable and all the rooms are big. It was a great weekend.

Perfect accommodations

This was a wonderful fit for 3 sibling couples, 3 children and 2 dogs as we gathered for a memorial for our brother who died in November. This home was conveniently close to our parents who live in Warsaw. Billy and Deborah know how to do EXTRA! from snacks to convenience items to supplies. Would definitely book with them again if we were in the area visiting with extended family.
