Newly-built in 2021, this four bedroom, three bathroom residence is located in the Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar and is conveniently located for quick and easy access to skiing and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The home is fully updated with mountain modern finishes throughout. Enjoy the back patio with private hot tub nestled into a serene forested open space setting. In the winter, walk to the Timberline Chair to get on the slopes, and at the end of the day ski back in to your front door!

- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 4 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area and driveway. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Please note that walking access to the Timberline chair is available only when weather permits and the chair is operating. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow or due to the chair being non-operational. Please check the Northstar website for daily lift operations.
- This residence has A/C in the bedrooms only. There is no A/C in the living area and kitchen.
- The driveway to this residence has a significant slope. 4WD/AWD or chains are required for the driveway in the winter months.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Amazing house for our family vacation

The house was as advertised and even better! Our family enjoyed the house set up with ‘Hey Google’. Plenty of space inside and out for all of us! It was centrally located to hikes, the beach and plenty of restaurants. This was our first trip to the Lake Tahoe area, we will be back!

We had a great time at this house. It was exactly as advertised, neat, clean and very comfortable. The shuttle experience was awesome and always arrived on time, drivers were dry pleasant. And of course snow was awesome. Thanks for a great experience.

Perfect Summer Getaway

The house is amazing. Semi-secluded and surrounded by well-maintained forest. All of the amenities you could need were provided - even for a family that loves to cook. (Just missing a cast iron pan :)) Checking in was easy. Location is great. 15-20 mins to King's Beach, 10-15 mins to Truckee. Plenty of golf options nearby. Truly perfect for a multi-generational family escape. Spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We will be back!!

We all can't wait to come back

The house is perfect in every way. Our party of nine, five adults and four kids, all enjoyed every single minute spent at the house, inside and outside. The house is everything as described and more. The kids’ bedroom with all the bunk beds was amazing! We have never seen a kids room so huge and well thought out. The teenagers all welcomed the full size bunk beds and the height of the ceiling because they didn’t feel crammed in. The outdoor space, so much openness, was perfect for sledding! The closeness to the Timberline Lift made ending the day on the slopes even that much sweeter. During the day, the non-skiers sat in the living room basking in the warm sun and admiring the view. At night, the fireplace set the mood for all to relax and chat. The males all loved the hot tub one night after skiing. The management team was very quick to respond to all of our inquires. Our party look forward to coming back again!

Amazing house, amenities and service!

The house is absolutely beautiful as others have mentioned. Great location, tranquil, clean, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! There was so much to do for all ages and plenty of space for everyone. We had a town-wide power outage during our stay. However, the property manager was quick to communicate with us and so easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning house!

Some friends and I went up to Tahoe and snagged this house with some concern understanding it was a new property and new to VRBO. However, the check in process was smooth and the house is out right gorgeous. The only issue we had was the was the ring doorbell was broken with both front doors unable to be locked. However, I’m sure that will be fixed after my stay. The Thermador appliances, Hot Tube, and gas fire pit more than make up for that! Plus the garage is full of games for all ages. Think: Foos ball, ping pong, and Pop-A-Shot. Absolutely enjoyed my time there, thinking of going back again in the future.

Beautiful mountain retreat near Lake Tahoe

This property was even more beautiful in person than in pictures which really says a lot as the photos are beautiful as well. There was lots of room for our family of five and our friends family of 4. Not too far from North Lake Tahoe but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The mornings and evenings were peaceful on the patio with all the sounds of nature and nothing else. This property must be very new as it was lacking in a few kitchen utensils that I would have liked to have, but all in all, I would still say our stay was excellent. It was very clean with modern technology. We would definitely stay again!!
