Inside, unwind with your favorite series or treat your guests to delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances to make cooking a breeze. A small laundry nook with a washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen for added convenience.

Just off the living area, the sunroom offers a colorful and comfortable seating area with a dining table—perfect for lounging indoors, playing games, reading a book, sharing stories, or enjoying a meal. The property is spacious, clean, and well-located, providing a peaceful atmosphere in quiet surroundings. Guests love the easy access to Seagull Beach, Dennis, and Hyannis, as well as the nice little stroll to a dock with beautiful views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
