The property is in a good location. within 10 minutes of Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale

The information sent for entering and exiting the property were clear and concise. Any issues that arose were quickly taken care of by the management company. The management company was always polite and helpful with all that was asked of them.

Strong chemical smell from cleaning / floor products

Unfortunately, the cleaning products used were highly noxious giving us headaches and nausea. The place was all closed up and strong chemical smells were trapped inside. We had to open every window, put fans on high, exhaust fans on high, buy vinegar and baking soda to neutralize the chemicals throughout the unit. It took over 3 hours. First night was hard to sleep. We could not stay here again. Hopefully they change the cleaning products they use.

Property review

Very minimal pots, pans, dinner ware, etc.. Property was dirty, all cupboards and drawers were greasy and disgusting (I cleaned them myself. Air vents were black and needed cleaning. Top of fridge had left over food on top and the dust was inexcusable. Shower had tile flaking off and they’re was left over hair from the previous vacationers. The alleged cleaning crew who cleaned the property should be fired. Unacceptable. Will not ever return to this property….

Lovely and beautiful

I really enjoyed my stay. Even had multiple streaming services on roku TV. House is very spacious. It was just me and my family but would highly suggest this place for 2 sets of partners or parents and kids. Layout of building is very smart and I appreciate that just about anything I needed regarding food, laundry, dishes, clothing hangers, iron and iron borde, and hygiene supplies came with the package. Awesome Air conditioning unit too
