Nice kitchen with barstools and open to the living area. Beautiful kitchen table that seats 4 easily. Fully-equipped kitchen also offers a Keurig, air fryer and crock pot (master bedroom also has a Keurig). Enjoy sweeping views of the water from the balconies and open grassy area for kiddos to run and play. Almost everything in this gorgeous townhome is brand new! Owner has provided two 1-person kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 3 bikes, life jackets, corn hole, board games & puzzles for your entertainment. Gas grill too! 55 inch Smart TV in living room, 40 inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms - all TVs are game compatible. 170 cable channels in living room. Enclosed garage, four balconies, and brand new washer and dryer.

Love this place!

This townhouse checks all the boxes! It is clean, comfortable, beautiful and in a great location. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather all week, and we made use of the kayaks that this rental provided. Despite being a very busy week on the beach, these townhomes were quiet and parking wasn't a problem. Loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

Great Getaway!

The property is beautiful and SO close to the beach, literally across the street. We will definitely be back! The property is well cleaned and maintained and all the furnishings were well in order. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the neighbor on the end was blaring music at all times of the night, however other than this it was wonderful!!

The weather was cold and windy, but the views on the beach did not disappoint. The beach was just a short walk from the townhome. This rental has everything you need!

Great property

Great property perfect for a week at the beach with my sister and nephew. Clean, updated, and completely stocked with more than we needed. Pride of ownership very apparent. Love the location, convenient beach access right across the street, bay side deck/living and water access, and two sided garage. Thank you for the second fridge in the garage and use of your kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and grill. On our way home we called and booked another week at the end of the summer.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking time to post your review. We're so glad you had a great stay in this beautiful property! We really appreciate your feedback as well. We are a very transparent company and want all of our guests to be prepared when they arrive so we send out an email about what we provide and what we suggest you bring with you. We provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc but it's only meant to get you through a day or two until you can replenish with what you'll need for your stay; however, we are upgrading our arrival supplies next year. We don't provide beach towels and that was also mentioned in the email we sent you. It sounds like that may have been missed. We sent it on July 31st when you made your reservation. We are working on better ways to get that information to our guests as well. In the past when we provided beach towels the guests would inevitably pack them in their suitcases by accident and we would have to purchase new beach towels for every property and every reservation and it just wasn't feasible. It's an industry standard to not really supply those anymore or full supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, etc for an entire stay. All of that being said, we hope these things will not detour you from staying with us in the future. We really appreciate your business and hope we get the chance to welcome you back! Far enough to not have crowds but close enough (about a mile) to walk to the boardwalk/restaurant area. The walkover to the beach is just across the street. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked! Had an issue with one of the balcony doors and maintenance came and took care of it right away! An overall great experience!

From the spacious rooms amazing views of the bay and Gulf, it included many amenities in the stay that usually require additional rental fees. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cornhole and a propane grill were several items we took advantage of and this saved us money that we were able to spend on other things during our stay. The owners are very nice and make accommodations when available! We will definitely be booking this townhouse again next year!

Nice property

Pros- This property was nice, with an easy walk to the beach with little ones by use of wagon. -It was nicely decorated and furnished by the owners -The kayaks and paddle boards were a great touch for traveling with kids. Mattresses were comfortable, and towels were good quality. Excellent quality washer/dryer/dishwasher. -The housing community was quiet and clean, felt very safe. -VERY nice to have hoses in front and back for washing down little feet and beach gear Cons- needed a better job done by maintenance (disposal clattered with any attempt at use, downstairs A/C unit struggled to cool the main floor below 76°, HVAC tech never showed to address). - cleaning needs improvement (handrail at interior stairs was sticky, and rendered a hand wipe black. Same for the kitchen floor). - we were unable to connect to the internet (said we were connected, however showed no service. Did not address this item with management) -A bit far from town for any pedestrian activity (however will take that over being stuck in the high traffic areas) - a keypad entry would be fantastic , particularly for preventing lost keys on the beach! Overall, appreciated the location and ease of use

great place to stay

It was wonderful to have a place away from home that felt like home and not something that someone simply threw together to call it a "rental". A true quality home away from home. The only constructive feedback I would offer would be better quality paper products would be appreciated and basic spices in the kitchen at this rate/quality. We will definitely be back!

Super Nice Townhouse

Amazing Property!

This property was perfect for us - location to beach, cleanliness, and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, life jackets). It has a great lay out, and we loved having our own garage. The only thing it is missing is a pool, but we knew that in advance and had access to another pool. We will very likely stay here again!
