Great place for group stays in the city

Had a friends meetup in Seattle, great for a family or larger group, house has everything you need and the host is very communicative. Super close to the airport as well

Great place!

Had a wonderful time with friends at this property. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood outside the city core but close enough to downtown to hop in a quick Uber to see the sites. Had great amenities to offer and plenty of space.

Unsafe property owner and property

Strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property. The issues range from inaccurate listing photos, shoddy construction, to consistent black mold in the master bathroom. When we alerted the property owner to the black mold issue per VRBO’s policies, he arrived and became abusive and threatening when I asked him to resolve the issue. He cleaned it with a bleach product, only for the issue to come back within 12 hours. Please reconsider ever staying in this property if you value your health and safety.

Great stay for a group

We had a really nice stay at the property over a long weekend. The interior really has everything you could need, even for a large group. We were impressed with a lot of the entertainment, kitchen, and general vibe of the stay. There was climate control for the whole house and we were all comfortable day and night. The hosts had enough of the basics to make sure we had what we needed throughout the day. The master bathroom was immaculate. What a find!

Comfortable Beds

This unit has plenty of beds for a large family. The kitchen items are in need of updating,, pots and pans etc. Kitchen knives need to be updated. The wifi is strong, and the tv's were easy to operate. The living room( upstairs) and dining room furniture need updating, they are showing wear... but overall, this is a nice comfortable property

Exactly what we needed

We were looking for a large property in the area and it was exactly what we needed! Lots of beds and bedrooms, clean, working kitchen, and space to hang out together. The hosts were also thoughtful. The only thing I would say is the bunk bed room needs to have doors that don’t have windows across them for privacy reasons as well as so light from outside doesn’t come through. I would also echo other comments that the top bunk isn’t really usable. Otherwise good place to stay if you have a large group in Seattle!

Great hosts, but not as pictured in listing

Hosts were super kind, but not very responsive. Home was not clean. Mildew in basement bathroom. Dirty mop bucket collecting water from leaking manifold. Exposed light sockets. Stains on walls. No curtains throughout most of the house. Pet hair everywhere. Stains on bedsheets and blankets. Old, stinky towels. Broken dishwasher. Furniture not comfortable & was dirty/stained.

Very clean and modern house

Property manager was great. Sent us snacks through Amazon fresh during our stay. Also answered questions promptly. The place looks amazing. There are a lot of rooms and restrooms for a big group. A few things I would change. Only one person could sleep in the room with the bunk bed because the top bunk was at the ceiling. So I would replace with a regular bed. Another thing was the popcorn machine looked kind of dirty so we didn’t use it. If possible keep that clean in between stays. But overall a great place and would book again.

STAY AWAY Cancelled by host due to "system error/double booking" at 8:45pm the night before check-in

Group of ten travelling to Seattle on Memorial Day weekend. Received an email at 8:45pm on the Thursday night that the booking had been cancelled due to a "system error causing a double booking" and were left to find new accommodations for the long weekend. Spoiler, everything was booked. We ended staying 40 minutes out of town in three hotel rooms. Either they are booking on multiple sites and cancelling the cheapest booking, or they are not paying attention and actually double booking by accident. Either way, not worth the risk for the next people. Stay away!!

Teacher leader retreat

Overall, this place worked well for our group. Great AC, strong wifi, tv equipped with streamign options, nice modern design of fixtures and decor, parking was good, plenty of linens, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, clean overall and this is in a quieter part of the neighborhood. The only negative was that quite a few of the remodeled features felt a bit low-end (fence post/railings loose, broken blind in master bedroom, door handle jiggled, bathroom fixtures a bit asymmetrical, upstairs tub didn't drain properly, deck table damaged and there was definitely an older house smell-not that you can do much about that!). The hot tub chemicals also felt a bit high and the cover needs to be replaced The outdoor fire place would have been great if we hadn't been in a heat wave! Check in directions were initially incorrect-the address we were sent was for a condemned house so we were worried this was a scam-so happy that it was legit! Overall we would stay here again!

Property owner completely non responsive

Upon searching for a stay, we had filtered to include homes with hot tubs. When we got there, the hot tub was more than half empty, filthy, and the cover was in pieces. One of the owners showed up after we checked in to replace a shower curtain rod and assured me that it was just the cover that needed replacing. He assured me it would work the following day. He emptied it, left, and was never seen again. I attempted to reach out initially about the hot tub but then to express concerns about mold and never got a response. Several folks from our party left early due to the extensive mold. There were lots of other minor issues with the house which I offered to detail for them but they never got back to me. Do not rent this house. It’s slowly falling apart and the owners have no interest in fixing it. Wish I could include pictures with my review.

Misleading pics & reviews

Pics are lovely. Sent text asking for early arrival $-untimely response. Attic, turned makeshift 2nd floor w/2 bdrms, no access to bathroom-had to go to main floor, & had 1 inaccessible closet. Washer-good, dryer not vented to outside. Learned after use, when it caused extreme heat. Called Mo to tell him dryer needs to be vented outside! He tells my sister he’ll use glue! She said, no, use tape! He fixed it. Everything else was aesthetics & cleanliness & uncaring maintenance of property. Furniture-different than pics, all furniture was overly worn & had holes. Fixtures falling apart. Leak in basement bathroom-he had a bucket catching water. Shower stall not properly draining-water all over floor . Kitchen-dirty & caked on food in silverware & pots & pans. We spent time cleaning & were annoyed. Refrigerator had broken shelves in both fridge & freezer Dining rm chairs - had rips, uncomfortable. Balcony & deck furniture-dirty! Jacuzzi - he turned it on for us-went to lift the lid - the lid had rust & was shredded. The fire pit & bbq pit - nope, not cleaning that. Sauna-wasn’t connected-moved that for space. Basement bdrm-mold in windows, 10 ant traps behind bed thrown around. No house curtains! Master bdrm was ok. Had to shop for basics. Sent Mo pics/receipts-no reimbursement. Mo said we wanted a free stay, he has good reviews-some defense. VRBO did nada. But Amex did-they kept it 100%..w/that entire stay refund. Now I’ve learned to ask-how old r pics & if anything changed,

I so appreciated the owner letting us in early. Everything in the home is new.

The place was clean, new. The only issue I had was there is no way it would sleep 15 adults. I would say 12 comfortably. There is a bunk bed that is too close to the ceiling for anyone to sleep comfortably in it. I wish we had a few more days to enjoy the hot tub and the patio.

Initial entry

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned and was extremely dirty. I reached out to the contact email. The owner/manager contacted me and was very sorry and came in and cleaned as best he could on his own. It was ok but there was definitely some areas still not as clean as I’d expect. Overall it was ok

Exactly as advertised

The host made us really enjoy our Christmas visit. They decorated the house and set up a Christmas Tree. The home looks amazing and was just as described. Unfortunately due to weather, we were unable to take full advantage of the deck, yard, and hottub. We would definitely stsy again if in the area.
