This townhouse is beautifully decorated and completely modernized with everything you need for the perfect vacation in paradise! The townhouse is convenient to everything on the island - walk to the beach, supermarket, retail shops, and restaurants. Or catch the local trolley (or the **golf cart) and cruise the island to a vast selection of top rated restaurants and see all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Be sure to reach out with any specific questions you might have - we're happy to work with you to meet your needs!

**GOLF CARTS available with additional fee. We have a basic 4 seat as well as a luxury 6 seat, street legal carts available (see pics). Both are electric so quiet and efficient. Our 6 seat cart has a quiet, fast charging lithium battery as well as bucket seats, marine LCD display, on-board charging outlets, bluetooth - the perfect way to get around the island!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS - we have many repeat guests, year after year!

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful, laid-back island community with an extremely friendly local population. Convenient to both Sarasota and Tampa International Airports, Anna Maria features miles of pristine beaches, MANY great places to dine & drink, and shops galore! If you're looking for a little adventure, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World, and Universal Studios are all within easy reach. World class fishing, boating, jet-ski's, parasailing, beachcombing - do it all or do nothing at all!! Truly a vacation paradise! While staying in our townhome, you'll find our heated pool a joy and if by chance you experience a rare, rainy day, you'll find a supply of games to help keep all entertained!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please double check that you've gathered all personal belongings. All we ask is that trash is out & beach toys, chairs, golf cart are rinsed. We'll take care of everything else! Safe travels home!
Keys and garage door opener can be left inside (on the foyer table or on the kitchen counter/table).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When using chairs, floats, toys and golf cart, please rinse after use.
Place trash out the night before (unless you are a really early riser) and secure with bungee cord (our raccoons are pretty crafty).
Please do not hang beach towels over the balconies to dry (the neighbors get a little salty about that...)

The location is amazing! A grocery store and many local restaurants across the street, as well as access to the free island trolley right out front of the complex. The unit is well furnished and stocked with anything you might need - a big plus! The decor is fantastic! And the view from the screened in balconies - wow!!! The host is responsive and helpful - another huge bonus!

The host was extremely helpful, friendly and answered our concerns and questions promptly. The house was very cute, adorable. Lots of stairs, if that would be a concern. Convenient location to Publix, CVS, a Great Mexican and Chinese restaurant and shops across the street. We rented the 6 seater gulf cart from the owner. Great deal!! And so fun!! And a better way of getting around the island to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Never had to use a car.

We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. The house had everything we needed. It felt spacious and bright and was decorated well. We also utilized the golf cart which was vital to getting around the island. The location was perfect, right in the center of the island and directly across the street from Publix for groceries as well as multiple restaurants that were on my must try list (Rod & Reel Pier temporary location while they rebuild, La Creperie, Toasted Mango Cafe). We were also just down the road from the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe and beach area as well as Skinny's Burgers. Just a short drive away from both ends of the island to explore other restaurants, beaches, and activities. The pool was great; several of our days were on the chilly side (low 50's) yet the water was warm enough for my children to enjoy for hours. There were ample beach and pool equipment provided and plenty of beach towels. There were lots of books scattered throughout the house to read and plenty of furnished balconies to choose from. We would love to stay here again on future visits.

This is truly a paradise! Anna Maria has a laid-back attitude - no high rises and throngs of tourists here. The people are super friendly, the beach and Gulf are absolutely gorgeous, and you are close to Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Pete/Tampa so can enjoy all they have to offer - it's simply perfect!

What makes this property unique

Our townhome is in a fantastic location, central to everything! Go a bit south and enjoy Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street, Coquina Beach, and Longboat Key. Go a bit North and enjoy Anna Maria and the tip of the island. Or stay right in Holmes Beach and walk down to our stunning beach, walk to the market, cafes and shops, or drop your boat in right around the corner at Kingfish ramp. If using the golf cart during your stay, everything is absolutely effortless (and a lot of fun!).
