Maison de vacances spacieuse et récemment rénovée à Bradenton Beach - juste en face du sable blanc et des eaux bleues de la plage primée de Coquina!

Le rĂȘve d'Al est l'unitĂ© en bas d'un complexe de deux unitĂ©s qui compose Cottages By the Sea. Cette belle maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec le charme du vieux sud et les commoditĂ©s modernes que les voyageurs veulent avoir des vacances parfaites! Des siĂšges confortables, des luminaires Ă©lĂ©gants et de nouveaux appareils feront d'Al's Dream, VOTRE rĂȘve! Profitez de HGTV et d'Internet sans fil pour tous vos besoins de divertissement.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour tout préparer, de la tasse de café du matin à déguster sur le grand porche sud, au dßner de famille préparé à partir de vos prises du jour et des trouvailles du Farmers Market. Il y a plein de siÚges à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour se réunir en famille ou en groupe d'amis pour célébrer le soleil et la mer!

La chambre principale a un lit king size, avec une salle de bain principale. Profitez pleinement de sortir de la porte arriĂšre sur la terrasse et la piscine oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'un dernier verre ou entrer dans un autre chapitre de vos lectures de plage! La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen, et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon est la troisiĂšme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.

La beauté de cette maison s'étend à la cour luxuriante avec une piscine (partagée), des siÚges en plein air et un barbecue à gaz. L'emplacement à proximité de la plage est superbe! Juste en face, à 2 minutes à pied ... et vous avez trouvé le paradis! Le grand porche avant est privé pour votre usage uniquement! Lancez vos tongs, prenez un thé sucré et profitez de la brise du Golfe.

Bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de draps, de serviettes de plage et de serviettes de bain, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour sauver votre valise du sable sur le chemin du retour!

L'unité à l'étage, appelée Angie's Place, est aussi douce que possible, avec autant de personnalité qu'Al's Dream. L'unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur la cuisine avec vue sur le golfe et d'un balcon donnant sur la piscine. Louez les deux unités et dormez confortablement avec 10 de vos amis ou votre famille.

It's a great location with lots of beach chairs and floaties available to use. But there were so many little irritants that our group agreed we would not stay there again. It is very cluttered with nick knacks and decor items - every inch of wall space and floor space filled - but not with practical things. Bookshelves had decor items - no actual books or games - and made the space seem crowded and tight. Wooden ducks on dressers are not necessary and just get in the way.There was just 1 towel bar and a tin basket/holder for the blow dryer in the 2nd bathroom - but no hooks for a hand towel or extra bath towels - and no shelves for storage in the bathroom. The master bedroom had a dresser that was almost impossible to open because the knobs were driftwood instead of handles. The lightbulb for a lamp in the queen bedroom was burned out and no extra bulbs. Window blind handle bent. There's a fishing pole on the living room wall that's dropping weights and hooks and we found those in the couch cushions. The outlet covers in the twin bedroom and the master bedroom are loose and not fully connected to the wall. And the pool was so hot that we could not sit in it at all. I know it's summer in FL but partially draining it and adding cold hose water to regulate temps seems like it should be standard.Like I said - just lots of little irritants. We didn't contact the management company because it was a weekend - and we still had a great girls trip. Just giving our honest review.

Great place, great location for low key beach

Great location and great place. Steps from beach, small but nice pool. Few minute walk from a couple of shops, restaurants and bars. Would stay here again. Only negative, and I would say this about a lot of rentals, is the kitchen gear could be a bit better. Knives were dull, the sharpener did not work really at all. That poor tomato. Coffee makere buttons were all worn off,

May vacation

This was an excellent experience! My teenagers loved the fact we were so close to the beach plus having a pool in the back yard. We were able to make so many wonderful family memories & with teenagers who don’t want nothing but to play video games usually this was amazing! Thank u!

Wonderful Oceanside Stay

Was a great place for friends and family to come together and make memories! Had everything we needed to clean, cook, and have fun. Especially the heated pool! A one of a kind. Also loved security alarms to the pool, as I have small child who gets into everything so made trip feel much safer. Would definitely stay again!

AL'S Dream is a great place.

Home was clean and well supplied... we appreciated being able to stay with flexible date scheduling and not having tonstay a full week.. Location was nice to access the Pier street shops and food. The only downfall for us was the proximity to to public beech and how busy that area was... however, that is a prefernce to dor us.

Location was great! Right next to bus and beach. Kids loved the pool! Steps away from the beach! House was very clean. I would stay there again. My only complaint was the front bedroom was near the air conditioner which was very loud.

Great location with both gulf and sound just steps away, quiet neighborhood. The listing did not specify that another unit was attached upstairs with the pool/backyard being a shared space, but this was fine as it was only occupied for a few days during our stay.

A Perfect Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our little family’s spring break. The place was clean and cozy, the temperature controls worked well so it was always very comfortable, the semi-private backyard pool (that we shared only with the family upstairs) was also very comfortable, the kitchen was very usable, the in-unit washer/dryer was wonderful, and the location was incredibly convenient to the beach and the “main street” restaurants. This was my family’s first time to Anna Maria Island, and we plan to come back and hope to stay at this house again!

Spring Break ‘24

Wanted to enjoy AMI for Spring Break and found this little gem of a property. Loved the proximity to the beach (beach access directly across Gulf Dr
literally like a 1 minute walk) and the fact that it had a cute pool to enjoy when the rest of the crew wasn’t quite ready to head out. We had 2 teen girls and me and my husband. Plenty of room for us all and great to have the 2 baths for the group. The kitchen was fully appointed, there were 2 outdoor propane grills for meals in. And for dining out, there were plenty of great restaurants within comfortable walking distance (5 min). Loved our stay!

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Es hat alles soweit gepasst, nur die Betten könnten neue Matratzen vertragen. Aktuell wird hinter dem Haus gebaut und es gab einigen BaulĂ€rm. Der Rohbau ist aber schon fast abgeschloßen sollte also in absehbarer Zeit kein Problem mehr sein.

Location location

Great cottage for our family. We rented the lower level . Loved the area and easy beach access. People renting the upstairs unit were not with us, but there were 4 adults with no kids so no issues. But I can see where others say you can hear every thing upstairs .. flushing toilets, washing machine. One recommendation
Time to upgrade the mattresses. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. Looking forward to renting again. Ohhh and our daughter got engaged on this trip! Lovey photos of the newly engaged couple using the cottage and the backyard as the backdrop. 😊

Perfect location for us

We like the location of this to the beach and also to Bridge street. We had family upstairs too. A couple things the back deck isn’t good for young children with no rail, we love the buzzer on the back door, but the front door isn’t good for small kids, they can open the front door very easily. More bathroom towels would have been nice. However we were very pleased and had a great stay

Fantastic place!

My family and I truly enjoyed our vacation. The home was super cute and clean, very close to the beach. The only thing that I wish it worked was the heated pool, only one out of our 4 nights the pool was warm. Other than that we had a great time!
