There is a full service spa/salon on site. A short 5 min walk is a fitness center, tennis courts, playground etc. offering so much more than a regular hotel for the money!

Great location!

Traveled with my two teens and we needed a safe place to stay while visiting family. The host was quick to respond, the gate security was great, property was very clean, access to pool and fitness center was convenient. Quiet floor and had no issues.

Beautiful setting in a beautiful condo. Best for older crowd seeking peace and relaxation. Close to many things to do as well as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and outlets. Will come again!

Exactly as advertised! We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The pools were a great break from the beach/St. Augustine. We got a few workouts in at the gym. Locals are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here back in April and everything went smoothly and as planned. Nice gated community, nice relaxing condo space with a nice view of the pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet at night. Everything worked out well.

Always an Excellent Choice!

This was the third time we have stayed at Laura's property. We often visit family in the panhandle and have used the rental as a stopover when traveling. It always feels safe, secure and comfy. The pool is an added perk! I'm sure we will return.

Beautiful facility worth the

Had a great stay it was a beautiful facility with all the amenities that were needed. The pool is just amazing and a great hot tub. Convenient to grocery stores and highways. It was not close to the beach, but the value overall was worth it and you could handle the drive.

Great Place - Great Location

The property is great - very clean with community pool and hot tub. Great location if you're interested in visiting Jacksonville and/or St. Augustine and/or St. Augustine beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ability to get to the St. Augustine beaches easily.

In 2018 I met Dan on a dating app. I lived in Nashville and he lived in St. Augustine. Upon deciding to get married, we each loved where we were from. We ultimately decided to do both! We live in Nashville, but bought two condos right next to each other here at Laterra to visit as often as we like and ultimately have as our own family vacation spot. (Together we have 6 grown children). We love making memories playing in the pool with our grand- daughter and celebrating Dan’s 50th birthday and other special times here. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home.
