Grill and furniture on the patio and spacious backyard.
It’s 6, 7 and 10 miles away from three different public beaches in the area (Manasota, Venice and Nokomis).

Beautiful Home

This almost new home is located in a quiet older neighborhood. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and clean. Everything is close by.... beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely place to spend the winter!!

Venice Vacation

The house is lovingly appointed and spotlessly clean! Plenty of space for everyone on our vacation to Venice! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would love to stay again sometime soon!

Beautiful 2018 built home, master bathroom & open kitchen is spacious & huge, this is a newer 3 bedroom home . Neighborhood quiet, consists strictly of1960's built ranches. I believe this home was a spot build on a empty lot in 2018.. Close to shopping & restaurants would definitely rent again

Venice Beach stay

Wonderful, very clean, new single family house. 15 min to beaches, large kitchen with all utensils and pots/pans, dinning space, super clean rooms and super clean bathrooms. Owner very responsive. Enough towels, enough everything, Highly recommend to your family. Close to beach, restaurants and grocery store. easy access to road. This is the place to relax. We travel worldwide and this place was very peaceful.

Venice vacation

The property was very comfortable and clean. The home had all the furnishing a family would want or need to make their time there enjoyable. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this home again when our travels bring us back to Venice.

Great location for golf!

Property was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to golf and town. We had more than enough space for three adults. Owner was very responsive and a delight to work with.

Family Visit in Venice

The house was beautiful, exactly as listed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice! We really enjoyed the "newness" of this rental house. Being that it's only used for rentals, we didn't feel as if we were imposing on the owner's living space. The house is nicely decorated and the hosts provided beach items that came in handy. The check-in was easy and the host was readily available as needed. Overall, it was a wonderful house for our time in Venice.
