Sandpiper 216 is located in the crescent and has an unobstructed view of the ocean, pool, and common grounds. Wake up to memorable sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the day playing on the white sand beach, frolic in the waves, maybe do some fishing or simply relax poolside! In the evening, step out the front door onto the sun deck where you can watch the gorgeous sunsets while enjoying dinner or an beverage. This condo is fully furnished, to include linens and towels. A comfortable sectional sofa is in the living room. The main floor also has a full bathroom with walk-in shower for convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking needs. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed for a comfortable nights rest!

The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy Atlantic Ocean sunrises from your deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercostal waterway from the community patio.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, Wi-Fi access throughout the complex, community ground-floor coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach

**Please note, while the second floor is easily accessible, Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

The unit was beautifully decorated, had a view of the water, and the beach was wonderfully quiet! My only complaint was from my old knees, and having to pull steps up to the second floor. :)
