Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This condo was adequately, it did have a wine frig which was a nice perk but the condo itself was just ok. The towel bar in master bath was always falling off its hinges, kitchen cabinets were a bit beat up and not as clean as it should have been. There was dried food on one of the cabinet facings. The refrigerator was small for a family of six.

We have stayed on property at Mainsail many times over the past 20 years and have loved each and every visit. Mainsail in general is such a diamond in the rough.This particular property was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms - 1 king with ensuite bathroom, 1 queen with ensuite bathroom, & a bunkroom with 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds and a full bath right outside the room for the kids.The kitchen was small and lacking slightly. Ordinary things you would expect to find in most VRBO kitchens were hard to find or non-existent but a quick trip to Walmart fixed it. There were not as many cooking utensils and supplies as I would've liked - but not a deal breaker. The couch is great for the space, but it has definitely seen much better days and seems worn out & ready to be replaced.The walk to the beach was short and the view was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again in the future.

Great place, easy stay

Property was as described. Clean. Communication was excellent. Trouble free stay. We found the beds and couch to be comfy. All the showers, tubs, faucets worked properly. Washer, dryer, fridge are showing some age but perfectly functional. We provided a few suggestions on small items that might provide some additional convenience, but zero complaints. Very nicely located right off the elevator and close to the garbage chute. Was never once disturbed by neighbors from any direction. Great view of the beach, ocean, and pool. Would happily stay again. Regarding Mainsail, we love it there. This was our 6th or 7th time staying. Beach is great for the kiddos. Pools are nice and clean. Good area with easy access to food and groceries.

Nice week in Miramar

We enjoyed our stay.. 3 things need to be fixed if we are to come back next year: 1 The smoke detector in the kitchen area must be swapped out for a new/ less sensitive one.. Simple preparation of pre-cooked turkey sausage & eggs set it off every time.. Completely unacceptable.. 2 The internet speed needs to be sped up.. Streaming froze up numerous times. 3 Washer / Dryer needs to be updated to much quieter / newer units. Watching TV while do laundry was a problem..

3 Big Problems

1. The refrigerator was working very erratically and froze all of our groceries - we threw away over $300 worth of food. Temp was lower so no reason for it to freeze. 2. Outside the Queen bedroom window was the HVAC closet. The machines are in horrible condition and the person in this room didn't sleep the entire time. Incredibly loud noise right outside the window constant - never stopped. Could be heard through the unit. 3. The dryer is in horrible condition - ate up 2 straps from different articles of clothing 4. Furniture needs to be replaced. Incredibly uncomfortable no matter where you tried to sit - cushions completely worn down. 5. One elevator was broken the entirety of our stay. Too many people for only 2 working elevators.

One of the best Places we rented in Destin

We loved this unit! Very comfortable, spacious, clean and with beautiful views of the Ocean! You could be sitting on the couch in the living room and still see the view of the ocean. The management company was excellent. We are definitely coming back!

Would not stay here again, especially for the price

It could be a great vacation (great view and location), unless something goes wrong-you are in trouble and will end up with a stressful mess on your hands. This was not a stress free vacation, as it should have been. I believe we were one of the first guests to stay in this property with Real Joy as the Property Manager. They have some work to do, especially for what they are charging. I would not even be listing what went wrong if Real Joy would have handled everything timely and appropriately, but they did not by any means. I asked to speak to a manager several times, and to this day, have not been allowed to speak to one. I'm mainly writing this review because I want the actual owners of the property to be aware of the situation and how it was handled. I was also never allowed to speak with them either, which is understandable until everything goes wrong. When you call the Real Joy phone number, you get basically a "Guest Services" call center team. It is impossible to get anyone else on the phone. They were sweet, and did their best, but they do not have any authority or power to actually fix the situation. I'll start with the biggest problem we had, and go from there. 1. The AC stopped working on the 2nd night. I called at 8:01 am Saturday morning and was assured someone would be out to fix it Asap. We called a few hours later (maybe noon) and was still assured someone was on the way. We called multiple times after that and the Agents kept telling us they would get an update and call us back-no one ever called back. I eventually called repeatedly around 5 pm and spent about 3 hours on the phone in a panic mode because we could not sleep another night with no AC (I called AC companies, VRBO, etc.) There were a few AC companies that could come out right away, but because we were renters they were not allowed. Around 8 pm someone finally showed up, and did a temporary fix to get us through our stay. He said the AC is failing and will just go out again. No one ever called us to check the next day, or check in. We had to eat out because it was too hot to cook all day (more $). 2. Twin mattresses are super thin, equivalent to a fold out mattress. We had to buy toppers. 3. Living Ceiling fan didn't work 4. I was told we could check in 4 hrs. early, once there-was told opposite and had to wait but no ETA. 5. Furniture weathered, stains on carpet, couch, towels, I requested a one night refund, told it was approved, still hasn't shown up.
