Very clean spacious open concept house with modern furniture , an updated kitchen., newer bathtub and a cozy lanai overlooking a beaurtiful golf course! Also, offering work space with desk, chair, printer and USB adapters. Additional amenities include: Internet, cable TV, a gas grill, washer/dryer, coffee maker, keurig, blender, dishwasher, linens/towels, beach equipment (chairs/umbrella/towels/cooler) and some basic starter toiletries (bathsoap, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, laundry detergent, papertowels, toilet paper and sponges).

We spent 4 weeks at Lisa's home. It's exactly what is pictured and described. The location was great for us. You can be at Venice Beach (if you use Center Road) in no time. We love Siesta Key beach also and if you leave early you can be at that beach in 40-45 minutes, well worth the drive. You are close enough to all kinds of shopping. When I needed to get in touch with Lisa she got back to me right away. A nice gift basket for us was great too. The house is very clean and all the beach equipment worked out great. We spent some time on the Lanai watching the golfers, which was a lot of fun. The house comes with everything you would ever need. We are older but we figured out the tv pretty quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet. We also visited Nokomis and Manasota beaches also. Plenty of golfing around and Spring training games. The Braves and Tampa Bay play close by. The Red Sox aren't to far away either.I would definitely recommend this VRBO property.

Small cozy house in excellent proximity to beaches stores and restaurants.

The host was very gracious and responded promptly to any questions. The house is decorated nicely with cheerful colors. The backyard is private, spacious and gated. The neighborhood is very quiet and is in a great location for easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The house was well equipped with all necessities for your vacation.

A Very Pleasant Place to Stay

Our stay for the month of March was the best. The home is very comfortable and has everything we need. It's close to several beaches, stores and restaurants. Lisa is a great host who is very easy to communicate with. We absolutely will be back!

Our hosts were great! They had personal touches at our arrival, fresh flowers, gift basket and starter supplies. They were very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay.

Amazing Place

This place was wonderful! We stayed for just over 6 weeks and it was perfect. The owner was such a great communicator and so sweet. The nice touches she adds were so great (such as supplies to get you through the first few days). The house was exactly what we needed. The house is in a great location (quiet) and close enough to everything you need. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking!!!

Cozy house in Sunny Florida

My husband and I stayed here for January and February 2023. It was a great get away from the chilly northern winter. Venice is an awesome location - with beaches, a quaint downtown and many activities to offer. Lisa's house is set up to provide everything you need. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare meals at home and we used the grill many times. The lanai may be our favorite place in the house. We sat out and enjoyed coffee, afternoon naps and evening cocktails. The fence is set up to allow you to watch the golfers on the small golf course behind the house and we found that pretty entertaining. It is not super busy, so there was no noise that bothered us. The house is very clean and organized. The bed was comfy and my husband used the second bedroom to work during the day. The desk and chair provided worked out really well for him. We really enjoyed our two months and loved how close to Manasota beach (where there is beach yoga!) we were. Our only wish is that we were slightly closer to the bike trail. Legacy trail and Venice Waterways trails are wonderful, but getting there from this neighborhood requires riding on some pretty busy roads. If that isn't as important to you, this neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed it. Thanks again, Lisa, for all you did to make our stay wonderful. And thank you for being super responsive when we needed to contact you a couple of times for minor issues. Everything was resolved so quickly and we really appreciate it!

A cozy, comfortable place to stay in a very convenient location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for the month of March. It is conveniently located near beaches, bike trails and many restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. The lanai was comfortable and used daily. The neighborhood was very quiet. Lisa was a pleasure to work with, very thoughtful, and easy to reach. We would highly recommend!

Winter Getaway 1/2022-2/2022

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Lisa, our host was super responsive and helpful! There were a few suggestions I gave Lisa for improving the amenities. The home’s HVAC, and kitchen appliances all worked great. The queen bed was comfy. The bathroom needs an update but all was functional and the shower pressure was great. The location is close to stores and golf courses. The executive par 3 course behind the house is great for beginners and seniors and is walkable. Good restaurants are a short drive. Downtown Venice is charming with a Sat Farmer’s market. We enjoyed the Venice beach and Sharky’s Grill on Venice beach is a perfect place to watch the sunset and eat. We will return next year for sure.
