Lil' Ms. Clementine 2-bedroom home in Historic District with Golfcart option

This charming Victorian home features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area and an additional living area that can double as a game room, eating area or serve as a third sleeping space with a full size pullout couch and a door for privacy. The upstairs bedrooms accommodate 4 guests, the first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends traveling together, with two twin beds. The front room has a full size pull out couch and privacy door. The back yard outdoor patio or the front porch are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Our original 1920s staircase adds a dash of vintage adventure to your stay — it’s steep, quirky, and full of character (just like the house!). While it’s a fun feature for most guests, it may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges — so please keep that in mind when booking. Message me for golf cart rental information.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at Lil Miss Clementine. The golf cart was a huge hit for our 6 and 8 year olds. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the whole time and used the golf cart to get to/from the beach and to/from dinner each evening. The house is conveniently located and well-equipped with everything you need- even small Tupperware, which was great for packing beach snacks. We had a a wonderful trip and hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped. There was one major issue. My husband and I are both senior citizens. The stairway is extremely hazardous. If it were my house, I would immediately install a second hand railing. That would be much cheaper than a law suit. Thanks again for a great stay.

Cape Charles is the epitome of a sleepy little town, and the pace of life is refreshingly laid-back. I chose the Historic District and Clementine because of its location; four blocks from the beach with the charm of community and friendly neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Clementine is over 100 years old with the fun little quirks that you would expect from an elderly lady. She just recently had a face lift and is looking brighter than ever!
