Great back yard with long swimming pool, outdoor gas grill and plenty of very comfortable outdoor seating, Every bedroom including the office/bedroom has a private bath. One of the bedrooms is a bunkroom that sleeps at least five. Wolfe appliances with a kitchen stocked to the hilt to even make a professional chef happy. Flat panel Tv' in every bedroom. The basement has is glass enclosed with a rubber floor just like a fitness center; alsoin the a living room and pool table and a 10 seat media room with two full bedrooms. Sonos music soundsyste throughout the house including outside on the backyard patio. Brand new construction just finished May 2021. Over 6400 sq ft of living space spread out over three floors including the basement. In Southampton Village within short distance of the town and Coopers Beach.
