Bear Splash Adventure is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom cabin rental spanning 4,000 square feet. Built in 2019 by a trusted local developer, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out. Decks surround two stories and offer breathtaking views of the Smokies, plus an unrivaled spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset.

Located in the Gatlinburg Falls - Hidden Valley Resort and just 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Parkway, this home rental offers convenient access to a wide range of local amenities.

On-site features include a private, heated indoor gunite pool, a hot tub, an arcade room, flat-screen TVs throughout, and tasteful, hand-selected furnishings.

The main floor of the cabin includes 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a dining area, a kitchen, and a living room. The bedroom on this level will feature a king-size bed, an HDTV, and a private, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub. The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements. The dining room seats 18 at the table and 5 at the bar.

Upstairs, find the gaming area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There is also a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Bring back the nostalgia and beat your high score on multiple arcades. Then settle in for the night in any of the 4 bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms offer a King-size bed and an HDTV, while the remaining 2 bedrooms have a Queen-size bunk bed. Two Bedrooms will have a private attached (tub/shower) bathroom, one bedroom offers a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the last bedroom offers a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the game area.

Downstairs, you will find the remaining bedroom, 1 bathroom, hot tub, 2nd gaming area, and a private indoor pool! The bedroom on this level has a queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the sitting area.

House is in the perfect location. A quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and not too far from Pigeon Forge. Great views. You will see bears, so lock your car doors. Great communication with management.

This property is beautiful and clean, with amazing views in a peaceful place. We had a wonderful family get-together here. There were 22 of us, and we had plenty of space for everyone. Your stay occurred during the longest and most intense heat wave of the summer, with heat indexes exceeding 100 degrees for the entirety of your stay. This weather is abnormal for us and as such the HVAC systems are not designed to handle these extremely rare occurances. This is a large, three-level cabin with a private pool and access to an outdoor community pool. While the cooling system maintained the lower two levels, the upper level struggled to keep pace during the hottest parts of the day. We understand that temperatures near 90 degrees upstairs would have been uncomfortable, and we regret that the extreme conditions affected your experience.

The host was very responsive and helpful! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We brought 11 people and everyone was impressed with the view, location, and size of the cabin. Its about 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 25 mins from Pigeon Forge. They provided towels, everything you need for dining, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Great vacation

This property was amazing!! Beautiful views and plenty of room for all of us. Pool was a little chilly but we were so busy we didn't have much time to swim. There were a few more houses around us than what i was expecting and what was shown in the pictures, but that didn't take away from any of the beauty. The area was breathtaking and id definitely go back to stay!
