We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable. There is a loud bar behind the building that bumped until 2am for those who are noise sensitive. We would absolutely stay again though!

We had an amazing Valentine's Day weekend at the condo. The location was perfect for parking the car and enjoying walking all over Historic Downtown Wilmington. Kelly was a great host, and answered our questions quickly. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Chose this instead of a nearby hotel and what a good decision! Great location right on Water Street, parking included and super easy. Got a little loud on Friday night but Saturday was much quieter, not sure why. The view is terrific and the unit was well-appointed, clean, and attractive. A great value.

Location of property was fantastic for experiencing downtown Wilmington. Host communication was great. Having parking included was a big plus. Property interior was nice and all we needed space wise, but floors were a bit dirty. Fan noise in the bedroom was jarring when AC unit would kick on and was quite loud (to be fair we were there during a sweltering heat wave and AC was needed often while in unit). Building FYI, there are many wasp nests in hallways and surrounding the building. Some are mud daubers, some stinging, more aggressive wasps. Just be aware for those who may have allergies.

Wonderful stay at this downtown Wilmington condo. The view of the river and battleship was perfect and I was able to walk to all of the most popular places on Front Street.
