Let the view from the private balcony dazzle you as the sun sets over the Cape Fear River and the USS North Carolina, a National Historic Landmark. This sixth-floor riverfront condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Wilmington has to offer. You'll be within walking distance of all of the city's most significant sights and countless top-tier restaurants.

If you opt to take any of your meals at home, you'll have access to a well-equipped full kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. Choose between a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and the casual atmosphere of the three-seater breakfast bar. If you can't get enough of the cityscape, bring your plate out to the balcony's bistro table.

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer and central AC. We provide a free parking space in a deck about a block away. You can park in the adjacent parking lot while loading / unloading.

Very happy with my stay. The unit was incredibly clean. Check-in and instructions for accessing the unit were very clear. Could not ask for better communication with the host. This is one of the best spots to stay in Wilmington. Great views from the covered balcony and very convenient to all of the places you want to walk to in downtown. Hope to be able to return some day soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo that was in the middle of everything! Location was perfect, had everything you needed, the host was super informative and very kind, and the room was very clean. We wished we had a chance to stay longer to enjoy everything but perfect for a weekend getaway!

Fantastic location and view! We could walk to everything we wanted to do except the battleship of course. No issues finding an Uber. We stayed Sun-Wed, so the street below was not as active as I would expect Friday and Saturday to be. Bedroom is in the back and quiet without windows. The hosts thought of everything, but you might want to bring sunscreen and umbrellas for showers. If you like a firm pillow, bring yours. King bed was comfortable but the 6 drawers are in the bed, so that may be a challenge for some folks. I wanted to take the e-recliner home! I would suggest bottled water and bagged ice as the water tasted funny to this GA girl. Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s well-appointed and very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. Even though on our last day in Wilmington there was a steady rain, we enjoyed spending time in the condo itself. And the view of the river and the riverwalk was a pleasure! The condo is very convenient to shops and dining as well. We would stay there again!

The condo is very convent to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, bars and stores in about 5 minutes. The hosts left coffee which was really nice. The bed was comfy and we slept great. You have a wonderful view of the river and the battleship and the river walk is right in front of the building. You really couldn’t ask for a better location.
