Bedroom #2 is complete with 2 Twin beds, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo, and marsh views. Bedroom #3 is complete with a Queen bed, TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath (walk-in shower) with bedroom #4, and has an ocean view. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath (walk-in shower) with bedroom #3.

Take the ELEVATOR to the second level! Your family will love the bright and sunny, spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area. With hardwood flooring and stylish nautical décor throughout, the living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, large flat screen TV and a convenient wet bar. The cook in your family will enjoy preparing gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, with modern cabinetry and lighting, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3. You will appreciate the half bath located just off the kitchen area. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
