"Sea Ya at Holden" BRAND NEW 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Home w/ PRIVATE POOL and Elevator!

"Sea Ya at Holden" is a BRAND NEW construction home that has been tastefully decorated with no detail left behind. Boasting nautical decor, a large private pool, elevator, and highly sought after inverted floorplan. Located across from the Intracoastal Waterway on the peaceful Lois Ave. on Holden Beach.

Take the elevator up to the top floor and you will be met with an open kitchen / living area. The well equipped kitchen provides ample countertop space to make delicious treats to enjoy together. Head into the living room to find comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV ideal for movie nights or family game night. A convenient half bath is located off of the living area. You will find the master bedroom on this floor. Downstairs you will find 3 coastal bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. The secondary living area is complete with comfortable furnishings with a queen sleeper sofa (linens not provided) and a large flat screen TV.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
