Located in the quaint, small town of Seal Beach, this spacious home offers ocean and marina views! Situated in a quiet part of town and right across the street from beautiful, wide sandy beach-no driving or parking required to access the shoreline! Relax as you watch the San Gabriel River run into the Pacific Ocean and the boats head out of the Alamitos Bay Marina. With 2 rooftop decks and a private balcony, the generous layout of the home provides plenty of space for everyone. Take a peaceful 8 minute stroll to Main Street which features clothing, antique and gift shops as well as a bike shop, surf shop, hair and nail salons and, of course, great restaurants! Feel the waves roll in beneath you as you walk down the Seal Beach Pier at the end of Main Street...you can occasionally see the seals at play from the end of the pier! Simply cross the street from this comfortable home and within a few steps you can sink your feet into the sand and walk short distance to the shoreline...don't forget the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and sand toys that are all provided. Miles and miles of bike paths along the beaches and along the river that runs into the ocean. Grocery shopping is a breeze with Pavillions, Whole Foods, Gelson’s and Ralph’s
are all within a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk or easy home delivery by InstaCart!!

Beautiful Seal Beach Home

This is a lovely home; it's like staying at a family member's or friend's house in that it doesn't feel like "a rental". And a top feature for me was an attached garage so didn't have to worry about street parking (or moving our car certain days/hours for street cleaning as is common in Seal Beach). We'll definitely stay again.

Perfect home base for SoCal Viait

The location of this property is perfect for daily touring of the SoCal sights. Beyond the location, the property is very well kept and has everything needed to make homemade meals. We mostly loved all the spots around the spacious house to drink our morning coffee or evening g wine. Wonderful place!

Best beach house!

We loved our stay in Seal Beach. This house has every thing you could possibly need, and is right across the street from the beach! The two roof desk patios are a special treat, with amazing views of both beach and bay. Highly recommend!
