Rihn Family Gathering

We were very pleased with our individual unit, but we had some issues with the building and the properties. The main issue was with the attitude of employees, particularly around the pool. One lady acted like a jail warden. In addition, the hot tub was disgustingly dirty and I refused to use it for sanitation reasons. When I brought this to the woman working there she said, "That is not my problem." and walked away. I also felt the gates to the beach needed to be unlocked earlier and stay open later.
