Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out time is before 10am. Leave all linens on the bed no need to strip them. Leave dirty towels in the bathrooms.
Load and start the dishwasher(this would be greatly appreciated but not required) Turn off all lights and fans.
Make sure windows are closed and locked. Lock the front door and return the key to LockBox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am daily.
Rental Agreement must be signed and returned prior to finalizing booking.
