Important Information:
• The roads are paved all the way to the driveway. The road can be steep but easily maintainable in a small car. Possible winter conditions may affect driveability.
• The driveway is semi-steep and may scrape the bottom of your car, use caution when pulling in/out.
• The cabin is located in the woods and is maintained weekly by a certified termite/pest company. However, you may see bugs or critters (i.e. spiders, ants, bees, mice, millipedes, bears, snakes, etc.).
• There is a set of stairs to access the cabin.
• Always dispose trash in the bear proof container located on the ground level.
• Do not put trash in an unlined can.

The cabin will come with a starter set of disposable items, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, washer pods, liquid soap, and garbage bags. You may need to buy more.

The cabin and surrounding cabins in the neighborhood share a well. The well is the water source for multiple cabins. There is a chance the cabin could lose water temporarily if the well runs low. Being on a well, the water is completely safe, but could have a discoloration or sediment to it, if the well starts to run dry. This could affect the hot tub potentially.
