This one bedroom home is the upstairs of a split level home, with the downstairs closed off with no one else residing in the home. You will have all the amenities you need in a home without having to rent the whole house. Located on 2 spacious acres on the outskirts of Bozeman you will enjoy the property along with a few of our horses and the local deer. Pets are allowed and it’s just a short distance from the Gallatin River and close to all the amenities of town. The mountain views and sunsets are stunning. The house is turn-key with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area and a large en-suite bathroom.
We have a security camera installed on the front porch to allow us to monitor if the horses get out of their pens.

I am a Montana native who moved to Bozeman in 1997 to attend college and was fortunate enough to start my real estate career in Big Sky after college graduation. My husband and I were married in 2007 and have since run a successful construction company called Free Builders. We were featured on an HGTV pilot called Buttetification a few years back. We are raising two active children who do gymnastics, ski racing, baseball, horses and much more. We feel very blessed to be able to raise our children in this valley.
