About the property

House, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Professionally decorated and masterfully-built, the Gallatin Guest House is in a country setting just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. Spend your vacation here, and you will enjoy privacy and spectacular views along with convenient access to the numerous activities in and around the Gallatin Valley!

Our guest house is a highly energy efficient timber frame, with exposed beams throughout. The custom cabinetry, hand-poured concrete countertops, and spiral staircase are just a few of the creative touches that add to its incredible character. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and the beautiful rolling hills and farm fields that surround you.

Relax here at night, but be sure to play all day – there is so much to do in the Gallatin Valley, and nearly everything is less than an hour’s drive from the Gallatin Guest House. Gallatin River fishing access and golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course are only a few miles away. Within 25 minutes you could be soaking at Norris Hot Springs while listening to live music and staring up at the stars, or be enjoying dinner and entertainment at a downtown Bozeman venue.

However, you may not want to spend all of your time away from the guest house. It has air conditioning, a patio with a fire pit, a loft for reading and lounging, and a flat screen TV accessing 120 channels from Dish Network, as well as a DVD player! Need internet? Wi-fi is also provided!

For your stay in Southwest Montana, the Gallatin Guest House is the best alternative to a hotel room. Book now to get away from it all, and still be close to it all!

About Jen Stoner

We are Jeff and Jen Stoner, and we have enjoyed over ten years of owning this beautiful property outside of Bozeman, MT. Jeff constructed the guest house almost entirely himself, and finished it in the summer of 2009. We are excited to share it with others visiting the area!

Jen Stoner purchased this house in 2009

Why Jen Stoner chose Yellowstone Country

We chose this property for its location and views. We love being in the country while still being near civilization!

What makes this house unique

Our property provides incredible privacy. Indoors you can relax in a cozy space, while outdoors you can actually see the stars! You might see deer, eagles, hawks and sandhill cranes out the windows. There are also cows that meander by. However, if you want to get out and explore the valley - it's ALL within an hours drive!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for providing a lovely guest house for us. We were pleasantly surprised! We immediately felt at home with the gas stove and the view took our breath away! Again, thank you - It was like a second honeymoon for us! We hope to visit Bozeman again in the future. It is beautiful!

Beautiful & Unique Timber Framed Cabin with Amazing Views!
average rating of 4.98 based on 56 reviews

Quiet, amazing views.

  • 5 of 5

Had a really nice stay. Did lots of mountain biking and really appreciated a nice quiet and cool place to recover after our rides. Not far from downtown Bozeman to see the town sights, but far enough away and secluded. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and amazing views

  • 5 of 5

We were blown away by how remote this property is. Gravel road leads you to Jeff and Jean's guest house on their property. Amazing views and super clean.

Quiet, peaceful place to stay just outside Bozeman

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here while in Bozeman looking for a place to live, but ended up feeling like a relaxing vacation! Views are endless. Saturday we had a full unobstructed rainbow. Absolutely beautiful mountain views. Enjoyed sitting outside and with the windows open listening to the birds. Saw a white tail deer prance by. Plenty of room inside, dont let the pictures fool you. Staircase is tight, as mentioned, but manageable. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Simply the most amazing experience

  • 5 of 5

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our stay was. The cabin offers incredible views, convenient access to both the towns and hiking trails, and the owners could not be more helpful or accommodating. The cabin is spacious considering square footage, and perfect for two. Everything you could need is there! It was the best vacation we have ever had, and we could not have picked a better location to stay. Highly Recommend! We hope to stay here again in the near future!
