This unit is perfectly located on the 3rd floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 306 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master and 2nd bedrooms have a new king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queens, and the living room has two queen sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Perfect family vacation place

This is a beautiful condo just as in all the pictures! Very nice that each room has its own full bathroom plus an extra bathroom if you have people staying in the living room on the 2 pull out sofas! Great location to beach. Pool, lazy river and water slide make this a perfect place to stay for several days without having to go anywhere else!

Fun Family NYE Vacation

Upon arriving we learned there was parking garage construction and our level was closed- that was a bit of a bummer as we then had to take an elevator to load and unload, but I will say they had a TON of carts on every level to carry your things, which helped. The unit itself is huge, furnished well and clean. The kitchen is stocked with basics and there is an ice maker that worked very well. The coffee maker is a basic old drip, so next time I'd bring my own. Note there are no cleaning supplies at all (except a vacuum) so bring dish soap, scrub brushes, etc. Lots of closet storage and the extra bathroom was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and they had lots of extra pillows and blankets available for use. During busy season the 3rd floor is a great location, but this room is located right off the elevators with 2 of the bedrooms having windows to the front area so could get loud. Also the lights shine very bright into those rooms- we put up towels but highly recommend they add curtains. None of those items would make me not recommend this unit- we would stay here again, just things to plan for. The indoor pool was very fun but very crowded and incredibly chlorinated, which you want in a crowded pool. The hot tubs were very small and at least 1 was down every day- mainly a bummer when you are there when it is cold out!

Room 306 was exceptional for the location. We were able to walk down stairs and avoid elevator waits. The only negative for the property was maintenance work being performed in the restaurant/lounge area which required closing of these spaces as well as the adult pool for majority of the week. Otherwise, we had a great experiences at Oasis.

This was my first time at the Oasis and definitely won’t be my last. The unit was in great condition and had everything needed for a nice relaxing stay. The grounds were great and had so much for both the littles and the big kids (adults). Lol. The staff was very accommodating to our needs without hesitation. I would rate the comfort, cleanliness, and comfort a 9 out of 10!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean, and very very nice. There were a few llittle inconveniences though mostly due to amenities. The pool heater was not working which was a big reason we chose Phoenix West II, the hot tubs in the room with the pool were dirty and only one of the 4 worked regularly. And in our room in particular (306) the Wi-Fi was unsecured and incredibly slow and unreliable and the cell service in the building is zilch.

Our property (306) was well-maintained, cleaned, and allowed us to check in early upon our arrival. The only issue with the property was the squeaky noise of the beds. With small children, it made it very difficult to put the kids to bed and sneak out of the rooms. Other than the squeaky beds (both guest rooms), we enjoyed the property and amenities. We enjoyed beautiful weather, amazing food, and fun nightlife.

We loved the location of 306. We did notice things with the condo and the complex that had changed from 2 years ago. The condo was not as clean as our first condo- floors were really dirty and had to have cleaning lady come do them for us. We were very thankful for her! Balcony had really dirty floors and looked like they hadn't been swept off or mopped for a long time. Furniture is dingy and we put sheets over them to feel more clean. The ice maker dispenser in fridge didn't work. The big ice maker made watery ice and very little.The complex didn't seem as cleaned as before, lazy river looked like it needs to be scrubbed, tubes were dingy and old, and trash all along boardwalk out to beach. We missed the daiquiri bar being open as well. Sometimes the outdoor pool had music but hardly any days. Everything as far as issues in our condo was quickly responded to and fixed!

Great location .... unit needs TLC

We rented this unit because it was a lower level unit and fit our needs. It is spacious, but in need of some general updates and attention. Some paint and furniture updates would go a long way. Although we did not report it, we did not feel like the unit had been cleaned sufficiently, so we did a little cleaning before settling in. The stand alone ice maker and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work properly. The amenities were great for the kids in our party, but the lazy river was dirty and was not cleaned daily so debris was floating along with you! Overall, we had a great week, but compared to the units rented by others in our group, this one was sub par.

Many of the areas of the condo need updates. Disappointed with the quality and many areas of condo.

The condo needed much cleaning. The living room furniture needs deep cleaning and updating to reflect picture. The door to outside balcony was tough to maneuver to enjoy the balcony. Disappointed in overall quality of linens and place. The 3rd floor was nice to have a lower floor and utilize stairs from beach. There was a down elevator during entire stay and an hour wait times for elevator. Cell phone service was not existent in the condo.

Beautiful Condo on 3rd. floor

The location being on the 3rd. floor was great since we had five children in the group...taking the stairs saved much time instead of waiting on the elevator. The condo was comfortable and had all the necessary items for the days we were there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor was very dirty. Within just a few minutes of walking on the floor barefoot our feet were black. The furniture was really dirty to the point I felt that we needed to cover with sheets . The recliners are worn out. The indoor pool was very cloudy that you could not see the bottom. And it did not improve through the whole 7 days we were there. The 14th floor hot tubs never got hot. All of these issues are unacceptable considering the amount of money we paid to stay there.
