About this property

The Tipsy Fish-Dog-friendly, Hot Tub, direct lakefront on Beautiful Waneta Lake!

Come stay awhile at the Tipsy Fish! Located between 2 wine trails, our newly built home has all you need to make your vacation in the Finger Lakes one of the best.
3 bedrooms and 2 full bath, 3 large decks with amazing sunrise views. Linens/towels are not provided for this property.
A set of steps accessed from the north side of the home will lead you down to a lower patio, firepit and the lake. Our 60' dock can accommodate many sizes of boats including larger pontoons. Kayaks, paddle boards and a huge Aqua Lily Pad also await you on the patio. There are some life vests in the shed. Take advantage of all the lake has to offer and make your own fun!
The house has 3 queen beds and a queen air mattress for extra guests. We also have a full bath on each floor. The basement level has the access to the hot tub and patio.
Log into any of your streaming apps on the TV or hook up a game system. Blackstone grill is always ready to go.
Watkins Glen and Seneca lake are a quick 20 min drive; Keuka Lake and the closest winery are just 5 minutes. There is dining at the top of our lake or zip over to Keuka for a few more options. There is a dog park at the bottom of Keuka Lake and many trails at the North end with waterfalls!
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome! We have a fully fenced in front yard for them to romp around in.
We can't wait to welcome you to our home- come for the wine but stay for everything else!
