This location is spectacular! The house had everything we needed. Well stocked with towels and linens. The host left a lot of condiments and supplies from previous stays that were very helpful.

Property well maintained by owner. We had some challenges with the thermostat - inconsistent temps in different parts of the house - but that may have been operator error. Good access to the beach. Owner was kind enough to let us in the house an hour early on check in day.

It was not as clean as I would of thought from the reviews. It needs some deep cleaning. Dust off light covers ceiling fan. Kitchen cupboards need some tlc as well. The hot tub should not be declared usable because it is not.It suited our needs as far as number of beds and baths but otherwise just averagee.

The house and accommodations were complete in every way for four of us gals, each with our own bedroom. House totally amenable to a much bigger group. Beachfront property but direct access an issue for older folks or those with walking issues. Our group goes to the beach once a year and we all agreed we would like to return to this property! We met Michael and he was so nice and made sure we understood that he was available if we needed anything! Thank you!!

Fabulous home for a large family with plenty of space for all interests. Beach access and views that are worth every penny. Pool table was appreciated, multiple decks to enjoy the views. Clean, crisp linens and well stocked kitchen. Home is well loved, but owner is kind, responsive and willing to assist.

The house was mostly as pictured and described. It’s older but the direct beach access at that price is amazing. However, upon arrival we had to empty the dishwasher. We have rented many houses and never had to do this. There were also clothes in the wash machine. The ceiling fans desperately need to be cleaned as well. Some of the curtain rods could use a wipe down too.

Couldn't ask for a better stocked kitchen. The pool table and rec room space were great fun. The direct beach access although a bit overgrown, was so handy. This is a great house for a group.

This is a great place to stay.

This is a great, multi-level home with lots of decks, and steps down to the beach. The owner was wonderful and so was the hot tub.
