A tiny house in a Flat Rock, NC gated tiny house community; less than 25 minutes from the vibrancy of downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the quaint, throwback town of Hendersonville, NC. Greet the neighbors and their pups from the front porch rocking chairs. Relax on the comfortable screened porch overlooking a beautiful pond, where you can catch and release. Enjoy a warm outdoor fire in the chimera on a chilly night. Watch your favorite streamed shows from the comfort of the two motorized theater chairs. Or walk the lanes of this picturesque tiny village. This is a great location to enjoy the many outdoor activities the Western North Carolina mountains has to offer…kayaking, hiking and mountain biking, bird watching, fall apple picking, festivals, plus tastings at the area’s many wineries and craft breweries. Come see how comfortable and cozy 400 sqft living can be!!
