Smoky Mountain High is above Gatlinburg with views of Mount LeConte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Isolated in the woods, yet only 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin is perfectly situated for all your adventurous needs. Come and enjoy this true log cabin with your friends and family.

Each room in the house features a fantastic panoramic view of the wonderful scenery.

Four of the bedrooms have a king-size log bed, Jacuzzi, attached full bathroom, TV, and each opening out to the decks. The 5th bedroom is geared for our young visitors furnished with 2 sets of log bunk beds, and attached full bathroom. The loft bedroom has 3 twin beds, sofa, TV and the same great view! There is also a single bed in the lower entertainment room, plus sleeper sofas in the living room and upstairs reading area. An additional full bath is off the living room.

The three stories of decks where you can sit outside and admire the scenery. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy time with your friends and still have your own space. Relax in the hot tub, fire places, pool table, board games, air hockey, arcade games and foosball. Smoky Mountain High has an large kitchen and plenty of room to entertain.

Smoky Mountain High is only a few miles from Gatlinburg and a short drive to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Townsend, Cades Cove and The Smoky Mountain National Forest. You have easy access to outlet stores, restaurants & entertainment.

You can enjoy the Mountains, Hiking, Fishing, Rafting, Scenic Drives, HorseBack Riding, Picnicking, Swimming, Boating, Zip Line, Golf, Tennis, Water Park, Mini Golf, Family Attractions, Crafts, Shopping, Outlet Malls, Theater, Amusement Parks, Dining, Festivals, Museums and much more! It is close to everything yet you feel so far away in this tranquil paradise!

There is ample parking for everyone. Be aware the driveway is steep as is most of the roads in this area. For security reasons, cameras are in the parking area.

Perfect stay for hiking and cooking in

Lots of room in this house to sleep plenty of people! Beautiful view of Mt LeConte!! We went out for hikes daily and cooked in at night. Maybe bring a bowl or two for cooking but other wise well stocked. Would stay again!!!

Family and Friends Vacation

This property is AMAZING! This is our 3rd time staying here and it never disappoints. From lots of spaces to hang out, breathtaking views, lots of places to sleep, and many options for games and entertainment (nightly poker was on tap for us), we love this cabin. It is convenient to Gatlinburg and grocery stores and restaurants are nearby as well. It is truly a spacious and accommodating getaway

Nice Cabin!

Very nice place. Great views. Not too far away from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville. Great cell reception. Great Wi-Fi. Lots of bathrooms! It has just about everything.

Amazing Family Vacation

We visited with a family of 10 and our stay was amazing. There was enough room for all of us and accommodated all our needs. The views were breath taking and we were still located close to everything we needed. Mario was prompt to respond to all our communications and made our stay very smooth. Would highly recommend.

60th Birthday Family Trip

We stayed here August 2024 for a family trip to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house was amazing. The pool table and arcade machine kept the whole family entertained. The pictures honestly do not do the views justice! From every single balcony the view was amazing!!! The hill driving up to the cottage is quite steep and a little nerve wracking so be extra cautious especially at night.

Wonderful Cabin in the Smokies!!

We had a wonderful week long stay in Gatlinburg! The cabin reservation and instructions were seamless. The host was very responsive to any questions. Cabin was very clean and well kept. Great place for a large group!

Definitely a standout view

Cabin met all of our needs (20 family members gathering for a 60th wedding anniversary) - great place to stay for larger groups. I've stayed in cabins in the area probably 20 times and this one had the best view of all - outstanding.

Beautiful cabin and beautiful view!!

I can't say anything negative about this beautiful cabin, I would stay in it again. The communication with the owner was excellent, the view was spectacular. Everything was excellent. My family loved it!!! There was plenty of place!! I recommend this beautiful cabin 100%!!

Great Vacation

Was everything perfect, no. Did any imperfection actually affect our Spring Break absolutely not. This is a great cabin that accommodated our group of 17 with ease. The view is priceless and the location can't be beat.

Perfect location

This cabin was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone, pool table and air hockey kept the boys busy, Beautiful views from the 2 outside decks. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family holiday get away!

We had 14 people stay for the week of Thanksgiving and could not have enjoyed it any more! The cabin was very well appointed and in as good or better condition than others we've rented in the same area. The location was absolutely perfect being very close to downtown Gatlinburg and an extremely easy and pleasantly short drive to Pigeon Forge and great trails in the National Park. I would absolutely rent this precise cabin again on a subsequent visit. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Views

The view is breath taking. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick this cabin again. I would buy enough supplies and just stay in the cabin for the entire time enjoying nature and family. There is plenty of space to have time alone with a book, eat a family meal together, or sit with the grandbabies on one of the huge decks. It needs some extra care and updates, but it was an amazing memorable time for my family. We would definitely go back. #beautifulviews

Spacious cabin with an amazing view

This cabin is perfect for a larger group. We had a group of 17 and there was enough space for everyone. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view from the cabin is amazing and there’s three different seating areas to enjoy the view. We even spotted Anakeesta in the distance. It’s close enough to all the activities in the area. We had a few issues with a couple things when we arrived but we reached out to the property manager and they came the very next day to get us all squared away. A couple things to keep in mind. The road to get up to the cabin is very winding so be cautious when making your way up. The outsides could definitely use some landscaping; we didn’t even attempt to use the grill as that area had lots of weeds. The décor is 90s cabin and could use a little refresh and some of the outdoor chairs were broken. The oven takes longer than usual to cook food and lots of the cooking pans were not useable. Other than these minor things, this cabin was perfect for our larger group and everyone had a great time.

Family of 20 Vacation

Layout, size and views from this property are amazing. Property could be better maintained. Had broken and missing items. 3rd floor sleeper sofa is not functional so this house only sleeps 18/19. We had to buy an air mattress. For planning purposes, here are the locations of the bedrooms and sleeping options- Main floor has 1 king bed and living room with a sleeper sofa; Bottom floor has 1king bed, room with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 full, 2 twin)& plus a single twin bed; 3rd level has 2 king beds and the sleeper sofa on this level is not functional as a bed; the loft has 3 twin beds. The amount of space in this home worked great for a party of 20 but you can definitely tell that it is heavily used and many maintenance issues are overlooked. Warning - the drive up to this secluded property is very, very steep with sharp turns. We had one vehicle that could not make the drive up to the house and had to leave it at the halfway point of the drive.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1week stay in Gatlinburg at this wonderful cabin with magnificent Mountain View’s. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for privacy especially with large families. The grands enjoyed the game room and others lived the outdoor hot tub. Host was very attentive with few minor issues and quickly addressed any concerns. Very well stocked with dishes, utensils, linens and towels. Minimal pots and pans especially for guests planning to prepare large meals. Definitely would have donated a rice cooker had I brought one as Cajuns like their rice and gravy as well as gumbos and stews lol! Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends and plan to stay again.

The house was a good size for 14 of us. The internet did not work during our stay which hindered communications. The kitchen probably needs a refresh on cookware and serve ware. Many pieces were broken and there were no storage containers. More towels for each room. There were several rooms that lightbulbs needed to be replaced. A general refresh and inventory needs to take place. A welcome book with instructions and local amenities i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, local maps would have been very helpful. Overall cleanliness was good. The views are fabulous. The drive in is not for the faint of heart.

Great stay

I wasn’t able to join the the family as work called, but the kids and wife loved it and had a blast. Great location for everything. We had 20 people there and was plenty of room.

Great big cabin

We enjoyed the cabin because everyone had a bedroom and a bathroom. All of us enjoyed the pool table and the game room too! This is a large cabin that is fully furnished. The driveway was scary at first but we all got used to it.

Nice place. Terrible drive way

We had sixteen people stay at this cabin. It was a little difficult trying to figure out where everyone would sleep. If you have more than five couples not every couple will be able to sleep together. The drive way is probably the most problematic. Super steep and a corner that most vehicles will not be able to make without getting a second run at it. Cabin sleeps 21 people so vehicle count matters. We had said up front that we had a large group with trucks and trailers hauling motorcycles and needed lots of room for trailers. We were told that should not be a problem. That was not the case. You could never pull a trailer no matter what size up that drive way and make the turn. We ended up having to call a storage place 12 miles away and pay $10 a night per trailer. Very inconvenient. View is the bomb. Amazing! Cabin is super nice if you can get to it.

Family vacation in the Smokey Mountains

The house was secluded, quiet but onlt 3miles to downtown Gatlinburg. Will sleep 21. We had 11. Large kitchen/dining room table to sit us all. Island in kitchen would hold another 3 bar in kitchen another 3. Three different gathering rooms, for quiet, or family games. 6 beds and baths. 5 bedrooms have jacuzzi tins too. Refrigerator is normal size would have been nice to have another smaller refrigerator on bottom level. The kitchen is complete. It has blenders, crockpots, keriug coffee pot and regular one. Lots of glass, dishes, silverware, knives, pots and pans. Cooked on charcoal grill outside, rough food in one of the kids went outside t get a drink out of cooler sitting on back stoop and a bear was walking up driveway. When a couple if adults came out he ran into woods. Pretty cool! Great place to stay if you're looking for a large place in the Smokies!

Seclusion and Views - Priceless

Where this cabin falls a little short in cleanliness, it more than makes up for it with the seclusion, mountain views, and short commute to downtown Gatlinburg. Would be hard pressed to find another cabin with the same seclusion/mountain view/short commute combination!
