Welcome to The Sunset Bay House, where serenity, gorgeous sunsets, and water activities await! Frolicking Dolphins and Blue Angel sightings are frequent in this calm, recently renovated, stylishly spacious home. The home nestled in a natural oasis offers comfort for 6 with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, an open floor concept living area, direct water views, and a private dock. Two adult Kayaks, One paddleboard, and one youth kayak + oars are available on the properties. We furnish four lifejacket vests.

Located in a safe, gorgeous waterfront bay community, The Sunset Bay House is the perfect vacation getaway! We are dog-friendly (friendly & non-destructive). A $90 pet fee applies.

You are footsteps away from your own private dock. The bay is shallow and perfect for afternoon swimming and kayaking! Bring your fishing gear and try your luck at catching dinner! The Sunset Bay House is 5 minute away from Gulf Breeze Zoo and The Club at Hidden Creek Golf Course, and beautiful Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach are a short car ride away (15-25 minutes). Both beaches offer family friendly fun including Jet Ski rentals, delicious restaurants, shopping, and miles of white beaches.

MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed, couch, balcony with seating, en suite bathroom (steam feature in the shower) & sunken tub.

SECOND BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with a comfortable KING size bed. Shared bathroom with separate sink.

TWIN BEDROOM: There are twin beds (trundle bed) in this bedroom with a separate sink and shared bathroom.

ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 75-inch Smart TV (LG) in the living room and 55” smart TV (LG) in Master Bedroom, and a Vizio 32" standard TV in the twin room. Basic cable is offered on all TVs.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Large lawn area backs up into the private dock with patio table seating, gas grill, fishing opportunities, sunset viewing, and two Kayaks for use.

BOAT LAUNCH: The closest boat launch is about 7 miles away. East River Boat Ramp - 2939 FL-87, Navarre, FL 32566

KAYAK & PADDLEBOARD: When booking, you agree to use Kayak / Paddle-board at your own risk and hold harmless the property owners, managers, and affiliates. We have life jackets available for use. Please read our agreement before booking below.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, the person ("I") whose name appears on the confirmed reservation agrees on behalf of their family, any and all guests, and invitees to be fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless property managers, members, principals, agents, officers, employees, representatives (collectively “Releasees”), and the property owner.

I (the person whose name appears on the rental reservation ) understand that being in or near the ocean/sound/bay presents various risks and hazards, including strong currents, unexpected wave activity, floating debris, and other potential hazards. I assume all such risks are associated with being near or in the ocean/sound/bay, including the obligation to notify all guests of such risks.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The only problem was is that we couldn’t stay longer! The view was amazing, the house was clean, and the beds/furniture was comfortable. The decor matched the aura of relaxation and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything you need! With fishing, kayaking, swimming and just sitting on the dock of the bay enjoying the view, there was no real need to leave, other then to get food and beach time! Both Navarre and Pensacola beaches were beautiful! Plenty of good restaurant option within a 30 minute drive. A perfect weekend getaway for my husband and me!

Great Family week on the Bay

We had a family of 6+1 (Boyfriend) and 3 dogs. We also brought our boat which made it even a better trip. House was GREAT!! Ashley(property manager) was equally amazing and very helpful. It's hard to get your entire family together once all the kids have gone off and graduated from college however, we pulled it off this past week. Do yourself a favor stay here. Little off the beaten path but very accessible to everything Navarre and Pensacola has to offer.

Great stay

We came down during kids fall break for a long weekend The house was great, friendly neighbors, and nice communication with management company. We caught speckled trout and a big redfish off the dock! Beautiful sunsets and very clean house. It was about a 15 minute drive to Navarre beach which worked fine. Thanks for a memorable stay !

Lovely stay on the water

We loved everything about this property. We spend the mornings drinking coffee on the bay and fishing (quite a few catches in there). The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for a short term rental. This sits on the quite (residential) side of the island giving it a very laid back and relaxing vibe. Host had perfect communication. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Cool Stay at East Bay

House and property were wonderful. Extremely clean and well maintained from the furnishings to the landscaping, the house was a relaxing and comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Although the rain didn't always cooperate, we still had many hours to play in the water. Fairly close to restaurants and grocery stores, but also quiet and secluded. Great sunsets!

Great family trip

We’ve always stayed on the beach and this time decided to try the bay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. Very peaceful and relaxing. Met the neighbors and was very friendly. Our kids had a blast and we will definitely be back again.

Amazing!

Planned my family trip to visit my Navy sailor. It’s only approx 30min from base. The location was perfect. The property is beautiful and couldn’t ask ask for more. My sons did fishing, kayaking, and swimming right in the back yard. Myself and mother relaxed on the deck watching the beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunsets…..The house is beautiful and really made the trip feel like a home away from home. I honestly can’t express enough how wonderful this location is. Amazing!!!

Amazing Stay!!!

Our stay here was amazing! Super responsive, incredibly clean, and amazing views. They were so kind and left some lights on for us due to our super late arrival. They even assisted in tracking down some artwork that I had been eyeing for a while. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!!!
